Souldoll Shiva [With 4 Arms Gray skin]

Oh hell, I'm souled -- sold -- whatever! I liked her before, but now I'm completely ensouled, or whatever it's called! I wish I had the cash lying around to just pull the trigger on this doll -- she's amazing! I've looked and looked and there's nothing about her that I don't like. ARGH! Btw, the top three pics are her best, but my fave picture of her is the second. She looks like a dancer. :-D I even think her head-dress looks amazing! Kudos to the Souldoll artist(s)!

 

Forget the wide sleeves, I'd put her in a high-collared, sleeveless dress with a sheer, draping, separate sleeve-pieces. Those arms deserve to be shown off.

 

Amen to that, Kymera. I'm not sure she needs a shirt at all. Maybe just a wide collar like you'd see an Egyptian pharoah wear. She's a goddess, that's for sure.

Ah, she's amaaaaazing. Love the face, love the style of the arms! And somewhere in the background, Chiron weeps a little as Souldoll ladies keep bumping him back. He'd better hope I win the lotto at this rate.

Oh, midnite! I think she's totally going to be north of 1000 with the clothes, but I wonder if she'll only be 800-900 at base? Hard to tell, extra arms...

Gigias: I know! I think it would look so cool! I wonder if anyone makes those sorts of collars for sale, or if I could find one.

Heidipay: Like a doll like that needs duds! LOL! Minimal stuff would do, I think. I could give her a Soom Euclase's skirt for instance. For some reason I think she'd make a good Egyptian goddess too, though they tend to be composites with animals rather than multi-armed. I really like this doll and don't feel any need to be hemmed in by an existing motif (though she'd make a kick-tail Kali, right?!). She's just a beautifully creative doll. I was even wondering if you could mount Galena wings (optionally) on her second set of arm sockets some of the time. LOL! What a tremendously cool doll!

Edit -- Forgot to say about the price, HeidiPay! I hope you're wrong about being North of 1000! I hope she's much more affordale!

 

I don't know if it's just me, but I really love her nose. It's not a shy nose, but still very feminine. The only thing I wish is that they'd made a different design/position for her second set of hands. Like fist hands, or something. To add a little more variety.

 

So agreed on the nose, that's her main appeal for me. If they ever release her in tan, she'll be a true dream doll for me But yeah you'd think they would make different hand gestures for the multiple arms, to continue with the Shiva theme, but she still looks nice nonetheless.

 

I think she'll be in the $700 range at most (blank). Chiron centaur comes with enough resin in his horse pieces to probably make another doll and a half, and extra arms aren't anywhere near that amount. Human Chiron is only 610, so maybe she might even hit the 650 range?? I mean... really, its only an extra pair of arms! (unless they have a changeable chest piece to make her have regular arms as an option, that would bump the price up.) But fullset will probably be near the $800-900 mark. ..then again I just remembered gray skin is an additional $100, UGH.

Speaking of arms, if you look on the fourth picture down -- you can barely see that her arms are actually both set into her side in separate sockets, so I don't think they're on her back. This is probably why her arms look skinner than normal.

She is gorgeous, I was worried she would be limited and panicked a little, but now that I know she's standard, I can save up for her!! I like her face so much, she has a beautiful defined nose and really nice lips. I think I like that the Zeniths dont have stick legs like the Supergems do, too.

 

Oh my god, that would be fabulous! It looks like the collar of her outfit is actually seperate, could you see her wearing just that and a long flowing skirt?

It's funny you mention the goddess thing, as I was planning on making her a goddess.

 

I totally love her as she is, of course, but for the perfectest fit for my character, she'd have to be tan too, or brown.

 

Come to think of it, this is a great idea, Snyder... hm. :-D She could hang out with my sun and moon goddess, yeah!

She'd be a lovely dark goddess. If I end up getting her though, she'd be the mother of my Soom Bygg twins. Tanith (R.) and Lir (OE.) are literal Nightmares, but too young to be really scary. Shiva would be really good at giving hugs, I think.

 

It may just be the picture, but her legs look really skinny to me. My SG girls have nice meaty legs (and I think they look bigger in the pictures too). But I've never seen a Zenith in person, I sure hope her legs aren't too thin.

 

I was planning on making Karunavati, my own goddess of desires and temptation. She'll fit right in with all the other gods and godesses I'm planning!

Zenith girls actually have a really nice, pear-shaped figure! Big butts, wide hips, and meaty thighs They're absolutely beautiful! I know that Twigling posted some nekked pictures of her own Zenith body somewhere.

I think the pictures you think are the most fabulous are the ones I feel she looks quite plain and non descript. Straaaange!

Still, not denying that she is FABULOUS. Were she limited I'd probably be jumping on her right now and preparing to SELL MY SOUL. She'd go great with Titania too, and make up for the fact that I missed out on Galena.
Up to now I've felt like the only parter Titania could have would be another Super Gem, as all the other dolls I end up liking are generally smaller.. and Titania is a BEAST.. now Souldoll have gone and done THIS.
Saying that though, with those giant hooves of her's, Titania is going to be bigger than any other doll anyway xD


Edit :: SCRATCH THAT.. looking at her again today she suddenly looks ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS AND I ADORE HER. Even those first few pics I found non-descript have suddenly become STUNNING. Oh.. crap. xD

 

Oh! I am so glad to hear that. If my dolls are supposed to be ideal figures of people or fantasy they can't be twigs (unless she had a really good face, but even then, I've passed).

I am liking her more and more....

 

LOL! Oh midnitestar, I don't know what to tell you, maybe your mind was trying to protect you from her magnificance? She's amazing, and if you're going to make her your first non-LE, then I think it's a stunning choice!

Well at least the good thing about her being basic is that I don't have to worry RIGHT NOW about it!
I'd much rather wait until Kayla gets here and see how I feel about having another bigger doll in the house - I know that Souldoll Double girls are smaller than the average SD, but an SD is still bigger than all but one of my dolls! The only time I've ever had an SD sized doll in the house, I ended up selling her on so.. I think I need to have Kayla home for a big first before I ponder another big girl.
I simply just don't take out my bigger dolls as much as I do smaller ones. Titania is my beauty, and the gem of my collection (as in GEM, not actually the name super gem xD), but I rarely pick her up, especially as she's super loose and needs restringing. My tinies though I'm always picking up to change clothes and wigs and whatever else just because they're so easy to manage! Maybe Souldoll's Double girls will still be small enough for me to enjoy like that?

Either way.. seems like a Zenith girl is going to be BIG!!!!!
