SoulDoll Soul-Double Discussion

I know that sometime soon I'm going to be buying a Souldoll kanguk (I'm absolutely in love with him) and i was hoping i could squeeze into the event (i only recently found him and souldoll ;A; ) but since the event ends today that's not likely. I really want to buy him proper clothes when he comes, but i don't know what would fit him ;x; what does everyone suggest in terms of sizing or clothing companies i could buy from? :U

 

I'm waiting for my boy to come home. I had hoped he'd be home just in time for Christmas. Nope. :P
I don't know if you have the new, double jointed body, or the old. I have the new double jointed body.

I bought a couple jeans off the MP for SD13/SD13 long legged. It's tricky to find 7.5 sized shoes, unless you luck out and find girl sized shoes or unisex shoes that can pass for boys/men. I've bought a couple 8.5 sized shoes, and will see how they look. I do have 7.5 sized sneakers, and there is a difference, so I may have to sell the bigger shoes off if they look too much like boats.

I also have a pinstripe suit outfit for SD13.

I am hoping the body will come soon so I can try everything on. @_@'

 

I have a question, how well do Vito and Zenith clothes fit on a double body? I saw OSU wearing the hall of fame outfit, and i checked doll peddler (they still sell the outfit there) and they said it was a Zenith size. in the pictures it looks like a perfect fit, but OSU is listed as a double boy. so I was just wondering how well the other clothing sizes fit soul doll doubles thanks!
(also, does anyone know the name of the outfit Ize is wearing in his pictures? TOTALLY in love with that hoodie)

 

I think Vito clothes would be a closer fit to doubles...but I am not sure at all. Vitos look huskier then doubles.

 

I notice a number of people in this thread have asked if the double heads fit/match any non-Souldoll bodies - was that ever answered? Debating getting a Kanguk head.

 

Post #88 in this topic should give at least some help. :T Though it was a zenith on a dollzone 68cm body. Perhaps the smaller body will work?

Hmmm. The Dollzone 60cm body? Looks like someone said the Dollzone normal pink and Souldoll normal matched well, so that's good.

 

I also believe that SOOM matches souldoll resin as well...and I've seen Dika Doll with Souldoll...but that's from 2010(?).

I have jointed hands from Dz, in natural light they match my yurr head. But in artificial, slightly funky lighting, the hands are a more yellow look and the head looks pink.

The body I have coming in is NS, and I've seen the DZ hands on a Killian NS double, they looked like a match. Plus the girl had a better camera and lighting to show me the hands and the match, much better.

I can take photos though...if need be.

 

Were the DZ hands in normal pink?

 

No, they are a fleshy tone, no pink tone. I was going to take a photo today, but it was foggy and I didn't have a good light source.

 

Sorry, I meant what DZ color skin you actually purchased. Was it the "normal pink?" Or a different shade?

 

They were listed as "NS"/ normal skintone. They are more yellow then pink. Where the Souldoll NS is pinker, then yellow. At least compared to the head cap of my boy, in artificial light.

 

My Souldoll Killian head+Soom SG body hybrid, who called Ryuuji Katsumoto.
He is very nervous "singled father", this man was dumped by his wife and he has a 4-year daughter. He has also very strange relations with his friend, Hiroto Midorikava... They has about "twins" relations when they were in early age, but now this is relations of fault and sadness...

Hi there, folks. Mind if I join you? This is my Souldoll Killian, Fiachra. Yes, she's a lady. Her head has had some slight mods, and she's on a rare custom Nobility body, but she is a Souldoll, technically.
I can vouch for the resin match, but not the quality. (Nobility might sell decent basic dolls but don't try to get anything custom from them. It goes badly. Took me three or four months to repair the body they sent me, which took two years to order.)
