Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. My oy finally made it. As luck would have it, his wig also arrived today and apparently I had a somewhat steady hand, so I gave him a face-up, temporary eyes and his wig.

      I might cut off the long strands, but haven't decided on it yet.

      The marbeling is really a lot. I wonder what happened? The Iraki's I have seen definitly had little to no marbling. In my case I don't mind too much, but for those who aren't expecting it, it certainly can be a large surprise.
      In my case, I'm totally happy to finally call him my own <3

      I'm just not sure yet wether or not I'm looking forward to blushing his body XD

      Opposed to him looking all brand new and shiney, I've finally succeeded giving him his body blushing, making him look a bit more natural and 'used'.

      Not entirely done with stilling him at this point, but the majority is done, I think.
      I do want to make him some sort of clothes. Maybe a sort of jacket and short pants or tool-belt or something like it. Don't want to cover up too much of his gorgeous body.
      He also still needs some accessoirs :3 I have plans for that ;9

    4. I've very glad to see more Souloids, after such a long time!

      I got an Iraki when they first came out. I just love all these dolls and was sort of sad that I couldn't manage to get any others. I'm not sure about these--I LOVE them, for sure, and I adore the outfits!!! But I'm not sure how well they would go with my Iraki... I may succumb to temptation, though! However, my car's in the shop with a big estimate... so that pretty much kills any doll-buying right now.

      But the best news is that there are more Souloids!!! Yay!!! (of course I hope for more in the future!)

    5. i love the possibility of getting grey skin with the silver, but not sure as well.. I have both Ier and Walter in the tan/black some day I'll get around to getting them some faceups at least

    7. I really like these two new Souloids. I'm going to have to see if I can swing a layaway on the girl. I think she is fabulous. I don't know if I like the gold or silver one better.

    8. ^I am thinking exatly the same thing. I am pretty sure it is not possible for me to resist her enough not to order her even though she would be an only MSD in my dolly group. She is too gorgeous to miss out! I also like Phiel (and his lips) very much. It is lovely to see they still make new Souloids.

      Before I'm ready to make an order, I'd like to ask you about the poseability of the mechanical parts of the girl body. Is she cooperative when posed? Are you satisfied about her posing capabilities? Especially I'm interested in her torso joint. Does it gap easily when bent? I appreciate any kind of thoughts about this subject! ^^

    9. I've been out of the loop with BJDs for a while and now I'm back. Why!? Why!? Why did they have to make a doll that would be steampunkish!? Lavi or Phiel would work perfect for my Steampunk persona (other expensive hobby). I'm so tempeted to buy one but I don't know who to choose! I like Lavi but the mech body is meh needs more gears and such for my taste. But Phiel I like the body but not so much a fan of the face.

      Soul Doll I've already ordered 2 dolls from you and the wait is killing me! But now you have to bring out this!? My wallet is going to start crying.:...(

      Of course, I'm more drawn to Lavi. I guess I could just mod the body with some gears and bits sticking out. It's not like I don't have kind of stuff laying around the house and if I don't I have friends in the steampunk community that would gladly help. Now just to find a place that will do layaway the longest.

      After seriously thinking about swaping heads and the possibilty of being a hybrid I did so. I placed him on layaway and I can't wait! Hopefully I'll have him paid off within 4 months! I can't wait to start sewing him clothes!:drool

    14. I've just put Soul Doll Souloid Phiel in gold on layaway! I am excited, he will be my first BJD!! It was a difficult decision. I almost ended up with Joelle.D but I decided he can wait, but the limited one cannot haha :love

    17. I've looked around the SoulDoll site and I can't seem to find where the head size of these guys is located so I can determine wig size. I've seen a wig I think would be perfect for my vision of the character, but without a size to go on, I'm not going to guess on the size and buy a wig that may/may not fit. Especially with the dismal Canadian dollar and the way that jacks the price on everything for me *sigh*.

      All that being said, what is the wig size for these guys?

    19. They seem to be their own size...like, they aren't Vito or Kid, but something in between. My guess would be 6-7, but that's all it is, a guess. If you get an answer from SoulDoll do share.
