SOULDOLL Zenith Chiron Discussion - 70cm Centaur & Human versions

Nov 19, 2008

    1. He looks like an amazing doll!

At least it's not a normal-looking bishie boy!

    2. WOW, i think that's pretty impressive, i can't imagine the design engineering to make it all work. the horse chest part, where the human pelvis would be, is a tad strange too me, but i'm not sure how else this could have been designed. i think the sculpting on a whole is beautiful. i love the pictures of the horse part kneeling down, that's amazing me to me, i can hardly get most of my dolls to kneel down. does anyone know, if you get the centaur, do you get human legs? or do you have to get the human form separately?

    3. God he is stunning and I love the centaur! But gah he's so huge I'd have no were to fit him in my room! XD

    4. I agree, he's got an emaciated looking horse torso, but if I could get the Centaur Head on the Human body, I'd be in layaway danger.... I'm hoping to be immune until I see what Soom does to me for Capricorn. If it's a male, I'm toast.

    5. It looks like they are designed a little differenmtly for each. So you would have to buy the Centaur and Human version.

    6. I love the centaur! I think I'll save for him. All the better if he's one of the few on the board.

PS: I love how everyone's talking about it being Soom vs Souldoll on the centaur. I will absolutely DIE laughing if they end up making the faun version of Sag. instead of the centaur version of him.:lol:

    7. I was thinking of adding a male doll as my second big bjd in 2009 but was leaning to the 60ish cm range. Now with SoulDoll and Iplehouse I am rethinking the whole 70cm route.

    8. I very like the human version and he's a definate contender for my 6th and last doll (for a while) in the white skin option, will have to see what SOOM do first! I admit I am a little dissapointed with the centaur mostly because of the tail, I would have LOVED to be able to buy tail wigs for him!!

    9. Dude! Tail wigs! :D I love that idea! You could probably mod the centaur body and could pretty easily make tails for him, actually.

I'm thinking with the right faceup and open-eye mods, this boy could really steal my heart! (more than he has already lol). Right now I guess I just have to wait and see if Iplehouse's Evan can contend with this guy's masculine face... :D

    10. The face looks great but I'm not thrilled with the horse body. The proportions are very, very off. My family has owned four horses over the years and if one of mine ever looked like that, I'd be worried. The body is far too long. Looks like a weiner-dog horse. XD

    11. I like the centaur body. If it were more in-proportion, can you imagine how much more resin it would take to make it, thus increasing cost? It's super huge already!

    12. I agree. Plus, try standing, posing, and moving a fully proportional massive chunk of 70cm horse-man. *_* I would never play with him since he'd be so hard to move.

    13. so i can safely assume we are all doom one way or anothe? now let see what soom got in store for us, and the draining of our banks

    14. OMFG!!!! I go out for a day and come back at what is this!?!?! Seriously he is so absolutely amazing...I am speechless

    15. His face is lovely! :D Not too fond of the centaur body, the way it's stylised bothers me, but the horse legs look nice.
Definitely liking the human version though.

    16. that girth is a big bummer. I was so hoping they would fix it. But other than that. Damn boy. Your sexy ;)

    17. I'm loving the human version. Definitely on my want list.

The centaur version, while its cool, I'm not sure if its for me.

    18. Wow, he looks amazing~! I wonder how much he'll cost. I'd hate to see that massive doll fall over, though. I hope he's really excellent at balancing. I wonder if a Volks Saddle stand could be bent at least to accommodate his rear or something. o.o

    19. He is gorgeous! I am in love :D <3

    20. Oh wow. These are impressive.
While the centaur version does look great, I'm leaning more toward human version personally.
