My Swinte has similar issues and I bought her directly from Souldoll. Unfortunately a loose or ill fitting head cap is fairly common in the BJD world. I only have a few BJDs that the headcap fits correctly and snug.

It's been a while since I posted anything zenith related, years one may say, but with finally (also after years) starting on Cerberus face up I fell in love with him again. He is a souldoll Clay and once my graildoll in sandy brown, however souldoll said they would probably never release him in sandy brown. Bought him in ns and just a tiny bit later they started with the sand brown for even him....you can imagine my dissapointment and well it did push me a little away from the hobby.
However tried to blush him allot so you still have this warm feel and even if it aint going to be 100% as my dream it's still comming together. Not done with him yet, still want to give extra dimension to the horns and some face tattoos. But one step at the time ^^


Might want to get another body then his zenith body becuase he has like no head movement since the neck is so thick and he has a pretty small head. Really noticcable with his oversized hands, and the pain of getting him a fitting wig XD

Anyways I'll be following this thread to see some other souldoll beauty's like @Ashemanu her lovelly girl !

Oh that’s a bummer about the sandy brown sorry to hear that happened. It’s a very cool look you have going for him ... and those horns are incredible. Did you make them? I look forward to seeing how he looks when you’re all done .

 

@Mademoiselle Grymms , he is beautiful. I love how you styled him. He looks good, even in NS. But I can understand you, you wanted sandy brown, Souldoll said no, you bought NS, and then they released him in your dream color. I would have been very disappointed too - and angry. But that seems to happen often in this hobby. Nevertheless your boy is very worth to be loved

 

@PennyDes it's indeed a bummer but blush goes a long way haha. All tho not looking forward to blush his body.. That's going to be a day work on itself I think. Thank you for the kind words btw. His horns I did not make myself tho, they are from souldoll also. Since they are so big its hard to picture him XD

@Ashemanu Thank you very much! And haha yeah sometimes you just have to accept it, I'm still lucky I atleast got the sculpt. Heard story's of people having a grail that's one of a kind and thus probably never will obtain

 

Hello all. I just purchased a Paratiisi in normal skin with faceup directly from Souldoll and I know I have a long wait. I am curious if anyone can share photos of your dolls and ideas where to find clothing and shoes or better yet patterns that fit them. I am super excited. She is my 40th birthday present. I have been looking through everyones photos and everyone has such wonderful dolls!!

 

After years, I'm finally there that I could buy a Chiron (I have more expensive dolls, but they were always the love of the moment limited dolls... They made him wait...) and I've just seen some weeks ago that they made this new body... I was terrified.
Since I want him with a muscular body, but I can't and don't want to buy two different dolls to make one of them (I couldn't see any just head or just body sales anywhere), does anyone have any idea which company's body would work in neck and color?

 

Yikes! That's a lot of discontinued dolls. Poor Federer, barely even anyone has him yet and he's discontinued. Maybe I should snag an elf head just in case...

Hopefully the new system helps, I'm halfway through month six of waiting for my Chiron and people have had even longer waits. >_<;

 

@Ian-KunX yeah I just read it. Still a bit flabbergasted how it's so many again!
Will be delving thru their sculpts just to be sure it's none I want.
What I'm also a bit confused about is their special skin options, a friend of mine when he emailed souldoll about milky cocoa, souldoll stated they would never release that option again. But now they do?

 

Oh darn, I might have to go for a Lime head since it won't be available again and it's hard to find on the aftermarket... but I really wouldn't want to add to my collection of rolling heads. Especially with a rolling head that has no character planned out. =__= I already have too many Zeniths anyway...
I wonder if they'd have more time to offer new kinds of Zenith shoes once they get the new order system rolling.., my girls seriously need shoes but there are no options.

I wasn't expecting to see quite so many discontinued sculpts! It is a shame about the newer sculpts especially. I know a lot of people wait for owner photos to decide if they really want a doll, and with these newer sculpts there just wont be many (or any!) owner photos before the sculpt is discontinued. It does make me glad I ordered Federer... but it's looking like he'll be getting here just in time for them to discontinue him.

Advice? I love the Souldoll N.L. Boy Body and my 49.5cm Iplehouse FID Bichun (4th Prince Wang So) needs his (AU) boyfriend. There's a Zenith head I want for him. (Seo Jeong-U, if you're wondering.) Would a Zenith head fit on the N.L. body and not look freakishly bobbleheaded? Basically, I need a Zenith-headed doll that would be slightly shorter than the Bichun.

If you know of better bodies that can wear a Zenith, I'm happy to take suggestions! I'm not body-specific. I'm size-specific. He needs to be uke-sized to my Seme Bichun, like my Bichun could look over the top of his head just barely, if possible. XD Even if not that perfectly-sized, just... shorter than Bichun! Also, I don't want him muscular. I want athletically slim/not weakling-scrawny but definitely not like a Gym Bro. :P

Freakishly bobbleheaded. Here's my Zenith boy and the closest thing I have to the SoulDoll kids - Vito Paw (who is a fairly good size match for the FID boys).

Anybody know what bodies the zenith girl heads fit on other than Souldoll?

 

I've tried Zenith heads on the Withdoll SWD body and I find that the shoulders are just wide enough -and the Shiva is one of the bigger Zenith heads anyway. If going for a shorter body. I'd imagine they fit well on many other 65cm-ish bodies as well as long as you don't go for the really thick necked ones like the old Super Gem body. I'm actually planning a loongsoul 65cm body for one my Zenith heads... not that I have any proof that it works, but the sizes seem to be similar, so...

 

@Yenna Thank you, You have given me hope! I am seriously considering Paratissi. I have always wanted her and this is my last chance.

 

@Dreadfulme A friend of mine put her Zenith girl doll heads on a Supiadoll 60cm double jointed body. The NS resin was a good match and it looked pretty proportional.
