souldoll zenith girl Agnetha Discussion

I found a glorious artist to work on her face for me already, and I'm really excited to see how she turns out. My girls just can't be so stern. The default face-up in the promo photos give her such a haunting look, but mine just looks upset that she's drooling Kool-aid, haha. She even photographs differently than she looks in person; I know she's not real but I'm starting to almost feel a bit like she's messing with me. Once I see a face-up I'm happy with I think it will be easier to find a look I like for her. The height of her forehead is making me think I should avoid bangs, but I'm not sure. But experimenting is fun. I have to admit though, I've never had a doll who has made me fight so hard to like her, but I'm not willing to give up. It is funny you are stuck with violet eyes so often if you don't even like them. It only figures!

I wasn't sure how she'd look in natural skin, but I think your girl looks very beautiful. I love the eyes you gave her and the bright colored outfit. Agnetha is definitely a unique doll with a personality all her own!
I can't wait to see her new face-up as well--she's being sent out Monday, I'm so excited.

Her face-up is by Zephiroth Aesthetics. Gisela has become my diva now. I never felt like such a mature doll would work in my collection but I'm glad I took the chance, even if the journey to find the right vibe for her took some time. I wasn't planning for her to be a blonde, but I've grown to like her in the temporary wig.

I really love Agnetha and your is fabulous!

But I have a question, someone know with which body I can hybrid her? Because I love Souldoll body but it is too tall for me, I prefer 58-60cm.I love white skin but if you have idea in normal skin it is ok too.

I bet you could hybrid her with the souldoll double body? It's 53cm. Agnetha's head is small enough to work, I'd think.

 

I agree, she has a very small head so she may work on one of their shorter bodies. My Agnetha is lucky she has big hair or she'd look like a pinhead next to my dolls shorter than she is!

 

My Agnetha has been on sale for so long I was wondering if someone still like this mold !!!
So I've decided to change her make-up a LOT !

Your girl is beautiful (as always!) And you know Im a huge fan of your faceups! Her unique proportions are probably what make people hold off on purchasing Agnetha. I really wanted one myself but decided not to make a doll off the character I had in mind for her afterall it's too bad because Im in love with the Zenith body!

 

The first face-up was very unique, but I think this second one is even better. She looks beautiful.
She's a really hard mold to get along with, at least from my personal experience. People may be
put-off by her proportions as Anneke said. My gal just got a fabulous black outfit from Dollmore
(the Model clothes fit so nicely) and tried some blue eyes, and she's looking like quite the diva now.
I really need to get some new photos of her, she looks too fierce to be ignored, haha!

 

Ooooo Bagofspiders, your Agnetha sounds amazing ^^ You should post more pictures of her when you get a chance, I would love to see what you've done with her!

 

I hope to get some tomorrow night if I don't work too late. I keep missing the sun with my work schedule and my interior lighting is just crap so it is hard to get anything good lately. Here I thought Daylight Savings would help me out, but alas, not so far.

 

Dark_angel, I like the new faceup a lot! With that faceup, she reminds me of Zaoll Luv, they could be sisters.

I am so relieved I bought one off the MP so recently! She is just coming home from her new faceup artist soon so I'll have to post a picture. How is everyone else's Agnetha's doing now that you know there won't be any more from Souldoll?

 

Oh, how sad! She is so unique. I can't wait to see what your artist does with her Anneke. I got an extra head as a gift from the wonderful person I bought my Zenith from. My first head has a beautiful face up by Jay. I just haven't decided what personality I want to bring out in my second head. This girl is so full of emotion!

 

Yes please show your girls with undefault face up guys!!!

I love this sculpt so much! She has been on my wishlist for forever and with the news of the discontinuing her I'm doing a bit of nail biting >.>;
At least they have the option of just getting a head for their dolls! lol less of a wallet cruncher!
