Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     6. I ordered a Stayne today.
      But somehow the system seems to have a problem with my e-mail address. After I ordered, I got a message saing they are unable to send me a mail.
      Has this happened to someone before?
      I'm a bit anxious, since they are also very slow with answers on their order board.

    7. I want to get a Firson but I'm concerned about the company. :? The response time for questions is long, if they can't get to the questions how long will it take to produce and ship a doll? What is the adverage wait time for this company once you buy? Has anyone had any problems with this company? It's my first time dealing with them so I'm a bit skittish. :sweat

    8. If you want answers to these questions, the Spiritdoll Waiting Rooms and Feedback threads provide them. Especially the first Waiting Room as that one had the history of Spiritdoll's first special event.

      For my part, I ordered a nonevent doll around the end of March on layaway, and it wasn't until I sent the last payment in May that they started casting and it got shipped out in July.

      Somewhat unfairly, there were cases of customers who ordered their dolls weeks or months later that got their dolls way earlier than those who've been waiting for longer (and by longer, I meant they've been waiting since near the beginning of the event. So you can just imagine not very pleased people who've been waiting since Jan or Feb seeing those who ordered around June getting their orders first).

      If you have questions about your order, delayed response from them is normal, especially during an event period like this. And yes, this lasts for months.

      I would suggest hanging out at the Waiting Room to get a better feel of where everyone else is with their order, and just hope that you'll get yours in a timely manner. But I think if you want your doll in a short waiting period, probably ordering around summer is the way to go as the workload of event orders would've let up by then. But then again, you never know; maybe this time around would be improved from last year's handling.

    10. (btw I couldn´t find the Spiritdolls waiting room)

      I got a reply to my mails 10 days later.
      I placed my order and paid it on Feb. 27th and got a confirmation of my order 3-4 days after. I paid it, but my order statut is still on "pending". I´m not worried because I know they recieved my payment and I know that it can take several week or a month before they updat the statut ^^"

    12. I was out applying for jobs yesterday... I really really hope I get one of them in time! D: I really want Rouge, and my boyfriend said okay for me to get her! IF I got a job first :(

      I would be able to pay her off with four months layaway, where the total amount is split up in four egual bits, but SpiritDoll said it's okay for me to pay a four months layaway, if I pay the half of the total first and spit the second half in 3 bits... o.O Wtf?! x'D

      So I guess I will have to wait a little and then pay her with three months x'D

      I hope she doesn't sell out before I can get my hands on her ^^'

    17. Ahhh!!! I totally regret the fact that I missed the ordering period of the Red Queen! she's one of my favorite dolls Ever! this line from Spiritdoll is a true work of art.
      Is it just me, or the dude kinda looks like Marilyn Manson? :)
