Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. i know this isnt the best place to ask this type of question, but i figure it will be the fastest way to get an answer since i have a meet up in a few days >< I un strung my SQ Lab body a few months ago to do some repairs (bought second hand) and i never got around to re stringing her. I just need someone to please take a photo of the ankle part for me, I can't remember how that little dome piece fits on there! I will be very grateful!!! :(

    3. My Moe head arrived last Saturday, I'm so happy! I ordered it directly at SQLab's site, and already lost any hopes since I never got any answers to my emails before. But it seems they are just very busy at the moment :sweat

    4. My SQ-lab order arrived and it was missing 2 pairs of the 4 hands I've ordered. Have emailed them earlier today but have not received speedy responses like how they were initially when I was placing my order.
      The Navi head has a small neck hole and I have yet to figure out a way to pull up the elastic knot through the small hole. =_=;;; What a bummer...

    5. You've got a couple options with the Navi head without modding I think... Tie the stringing in the head and string the doll with the knot in the head and just undo the body at the feet when you need to take it apart or restring the body with the knot in the torso instead of the neck. If you want to trying to force the knot through, stick a toothbrush or paintbrush or something between the body and the not and then set the head on top, grab the knot with forcepts and tug then it through. Optionally you could use a piece of string instead of the forcepts to help pull. :)

      Or..... you could clip the forcepts under the knot, untie the knot, pull the strings through the neckhole, and retie it once you pull it through. My bf has a DDI, the knot fits but the s-hook won't. >_<

      KaIsUki Actually from what I saw in the waiting list, they're fairly current and either not a ton of people on this forum ordered, or they're just being really quiet about it. So, sort of hopeful. D:

    9. I ordered on the first day (and added a head the day afterwards) and even asked if the face-up in the first order wouldn't add to the production time and got told no, but mine haven't shipped yet. I got the head and body set, maybe that's why...

    10. I ordered Miyuki with the new body (with face up) in real white on 23rd Sept. I just paid them and put my order details in the paypal msg as they don't seem to be responsive. Shortly after payment, I got an email from SQ lab that they received my order. I do hope that it is just nerves on my part...

      Anyone else ordered Navi during the preorder period?

    11. Biff I sent in my order on the 16th of September and received a reply from them with total amount and payment info within 25 minutes. Then I emailed to add in 4 pairs of hands on the 18th of September; they replied to acknowledge my additions and I sent through payment, which they also quickly acknowledged.
      SQ Lab then emailed me on the 9th of Oct to inform me they have shipped out my package. I was away and could only check my mail on 16th Oct, only to find out I only got the head I ordered, and 2 of the 4 hands.

      Right now, there has not been any response from SQ Lab at all. I have emailed them three times, twice last week and once this morning. I am hoping they will resolve this matter within 45 days from the day I sent payment to them...

    12. I ordered head+body and 2 sets hands on 17 sept... They haven't shipped but they responded to my later queries about 1 week later, so maybe they just don't have anything to reply or are too busy :0

    13. Hello :) I enjoy all the pictures on this thread and I am hoping I can contribute; but I am not getting any answer from SQ Lab from 2 emails I sent since October 15th. I was asking if my order and total price of my order is ok, however I do not have much confidence in them seeing some of the troubles that some individuals are having in this thread.
      I just sent them another email today asking if their normal skin resin will match Sadol's normal skin, so I can have more hand options for my Sadol Honey63 girl coming in. I think I have heard that they do, but I just want to see what they say and how fast they will answer.
      Hoping everyone who are having issues will get it resolved soon! :(

    15. The latest thing on the blog is showing the new body on various heads... I think that body is real white skin or white skin

      I have yet to hear back from them at all. It seems only communication is when I pay them. Still patiently waiting for them to get back to me .

      I emailed a week before that as well as after but it's been another week and still nothing... I'm kind of worried. I think companies without a well-established workflow seriously need to consider just taking a deposit first - people do that for commissions, why not this...

    18. Wow, they are not responding to PayPal claim? I am starting to worry... Is there another email we can get in touch with sq lab? I emailed them at [email protected]

      I will be traveling for work again and will need my family members to look out for parcels for me... This is not good at all... I trust that I would not need to escalate to a paypal claim but if the need arises, I will have no choice. No matter how small a bjd company is, there is a need to answer to customers who have placed orders!!! Frustrating times I have to say.

    19. I just sent a FlickrMail to them in hopes that maybe they'll see it there just saying that people are getting worried and that they should answer e-mails or just put up a notice in english on the site or blog.
      I'm not that worried about my order to be honest. I trust that they'll get to it eventually, even though the wait is hard (especially the not-knowing-when part), and I do understand why people are getting worried.
