Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. Okay, I received an email from Ranka too. It said "late very sorry!" and that my doll should be shipping soon. Fingers crossed that the rest of you hear from her soon too!

      three weeks shipping time was not too bad ... can't wait for my girls to be here!! :)

      the ems tracking number that i received does not seem to work, so i emailed SQLab. Got a reply after a couple of hours saying that she will check the number again and will let me know ... Nothing after that.

    13. Weird, besides my order I've sent them three emails asking them to confirm that they received my order which is completed in paypal and now past the period of cancelling. It's one of those things where it's probably just a wait but I think it's very unprofessional to give no confirmation whatsoever and to ignore emails. I'm not even asking about shipping, just if they confirm the order. Since they don't have a real ordering system other than sending them email and paying through paypal it feels....a little fly by night. But even with the smallest companies I've dealt with with they've never just taken the money and utterly ignored me. Usually I get a confirmation email then get utterly ignored.

      Thanks for the confirmation though.

      Bitterness: OMG! She is so cute!! :) that wig looks adorable on her.


      My SQ girls have arrived today! Yay!!! They included a nekomimi headband as free gift! My Hibiki also arrived today, along with the dress and shoes i ordered for her. She is my only SQ girl with a face up right now!

    20. Nope, I haven't heard a word. I've sent them three emails and no response and it's been a month.

      But Mr. Bitterness' Chibi Moe and your cute doll make me realize that they haven't absconded with my money just have utterly terrible customer service. So I'm sure I'll get my body but I won't buy from them ever again. There's too many doll manufacturer's out there who make an effort. All I wanted was someone to say, "Thanks for the money, we'll send you a doll....."
