  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. SQ-lab SG Discussion Thread # 2

    1. I know :( it took them 3 weeks to acknowledge the receipt of payment. I emailed them almost every week which they completely ignored.
       
    2. I am trying to email them to place an order and they haven't said a darn word.

      I must not understand something about their ordering system or something. Since they won't email me back...Does anyone here know how the ordering thing works??
       
    3. It's probably nothing you've done. Unfortunately, their customer service is just super slow and crappy. Their products are nice if you're willing to put up with the wait and horrible communication, though.
       
    4. I am not sure I can put up with slow communication service. It's slower than a snail across sand. I still haven't heard a word. I may have to try them again. -_-
       
    5. I agree. Slow communication can be very frustrating. I don't mind the wait time as long as they reply to emails regularly. But all these problems aside, I think in the end the dollies are well worth it :)

    9. Im glad to see I'm not the only one.

      My first order was super fast and perfect. Email responses were quick and they dispatched the bodies (59+61) within 3 days after payment. 2 weeks later, I order a 59 body in white and it feels like the total opposite has happened. They dont respond to emails (ordered March 31) - not even a confirmation of payment. I emailed them again with the paypal transaction ID in hopes of getting a response, and nothing ! I really dont mind the wait at all, but the silence is not something I enjoy. A confirmation and a time frame would be ideal.

      Im not sure if I should file a claim since it is coming up - I dont want to be one of those who were left with nothing to show. Im a bit hesitant to order anything from them again.
       
    10. I was thinking of getting chibi moe from them to play with, hearing this is definitely deterring me from ordering from them. Especially when it comes to payment and confirmation :(
       
    11. HardCandy13 - I'm in the same boat, I ordered March 16th and I haven't gotten any response, not even a "we got your payment" email, just a black hole of silence. I've emailed them several times with a "did you get my order" approach but no response. Since people here are getting their orders I've been sitting on my hands but I have seriously thought about filing a paypal dispute to try and wake them up. I just want to make sure they got my order which I don't think it too much to ask. Because of this and incidents in the past with smaller companies that have gone bankrupt with orders outstanding I am definitely nervous.
       
    12. I think there is a pattern here. Maybe they are having difficulties with the newer 59-61cm bodies recently or after March. I have ordered 53cm full dolls, and later I ordered SG heads. Shipping and communication both were moderately fast. There might be issues with casting or getting things right with the newer bodies!
       
    13. Hypercurve - I ordered an SG 53cm body. I tried emailing again yesterday but got no response. I don't expect the body now just something telling me that they got my order and got my paypal money. I'm glad that you're getting stuff so that gives me hope....
       
    14. Just curious, has anyone actually not gotten their stuff? Obviously there have been a couple of people who have filed paypal claims who got their money back instead of waiting more than 45 days for goods, but I'm really wanting to know if there is actually evidence to suggest someone might not get their order. I want to order again from them soon and as far as I can see, while the communication is awful to non-existent, there doesn't seem to be any reason why I wouldn't get my stuff, yanno? Help me out here.
       
    15. I ordered while the order period was still active, and had my confirmation within 24 hours then shipping notice within the following day. I recall in the past it has taken the company 6 months or so to deliver items that weren't in stock. :/

      edit// I just sent an email to them, just in case there have been email addresses blacklisted for any reason v.v will let you know if I get a response.

    17. I want to order a body from SQ-lab to hyrbid with a Fairyland head. If anyone here has a doll from FL in normal skin, would normal skin or real skin be a better resin match?
       
    18. I dont have pictures as Ive sold my MNF a few months ago when it first arrived. They definitely do not match the Real Normal/white skins as they are a true match to Volks - FL is a horrible match to Volks. FL has pink undertones while Volks has yellow undertones, it might work under certain light conditions and angles, but its not a good match IMHO.

      I have no idea about the other Normal/White skin tones, but it you would get better answers if you ask if FL matches Dollfie Dreams, since the other skin tones are based on DD dolls.
       
    19. i think they do not have enough staff to answer all the international orders, they do also not seem so good at english. do you keep your message short and simple? like ''confirm payment please'' it worked for me, but it was late feb/early march.

      i think it is best to wait with new orders from them, i hope they will send your orders soon
       
    20. I literally wrote " Payment okay ?" With my paypal transaction ID over a week ago and still no response.

      I think their english is quite good, because the first round (Beginning of March) I would have said they had the best customer service - I would get replies within an hour, and my order dispatched in 3 days. I even emailed them because the tracking wouldn't work within a week and they "fixed" it.

      I think they are being overwhelmed with orders or perhaps dont want to reply until the order is ready for shipment (which might explain why the wait time was less then - they had them in stock). I have no idea whats going on, but I won't be taking my chance when the paypal deadline approaches - been reading way too many horror stories over companies going silent for months without sending out products. If I just get a reply of payment confirmation, or at least acknowledgement of receiving my order, I won't go ahead with it. I will be emailing them on monday requesting information and letting them know of this thread.

      Its disappointing to say the least. I hope it works out positively for everyone waiting for a reply !
