  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. ok, it could be they are overwhelmed , it have happened before this order period, it seem people ended getting their orders i hope it will be so again.

      Is it possible to order an OE Navi head on DG59 body or do ypu have to buy the head and the body separately?
       
    4. Yeah it's possible, you just need to mention the details when ordering. At the moment though looks like you shouldn't order anything until they resume communication :x

    6. It looks like quite a few people who have ordered have had to claim their money back after not receiving a response of any sort from the company. :(

      I wouldn't say they are unsafe to order from, but to stay safe I'd wait till their next pre-order period. I know their website says it's ongoing, but actually it's over.
       
    7. I ordered within the pre-order period (which was until March 16th). I guess I'll see if there's anything paypal can do. Since it's an international order I think I have an extended period.
       
    8. I haven't gotten responses since April 1 (I paid immediately after receiving their quote). I also alerted them of this thread and that I would be filing a claim if I didn't get a response within 10 days. I said that many are worried about the lack of responses and that many are deciding not purchase until responses were improved. They haven't responded to that either.

      I just filed a claim and maybe that will get their attention. I honestly have the patience to wait, but the quiet is very concerning - It reminded me too much of the ndoll situation a few years ago and how I was lucky to be able to file a claim before the 45 days were met. It worried me too much to not take action.

      Im probably never going to order from them directly again and will stick to second hand dolls. The Switch female bodies are a good alternative since they are about the same in terms of sculpt, posing and jointing. I dont suggest others order through them either since it seems to be a problem with the recent orders rather than a one person's problem. I am really hoping they respond to my claim because their body sculpts are beautiful and I would love to purchase more, but I am hesitant after this.
       
    9. I just got a reply from them, an hour after filing the claim, that they will be shipping the doll body this week.

      I wish I didn't have to file a claim to get a response and I feel bad, but it was the only way for me to get a response, I was worried it may be another ndoll situation. They replied to me on the email I sent 10 days ago.
       
    10. I opened a claim two days ago but haven't heard anything from them. I've forwarded the dispute notice to them and told them that as a vendor they have a responsibility to confirm orders when people send them money. Whatever happens I will never order from them again. Which is too bad because they offer useful body sizes that look nice (never having seen one in person I can't attest to quality) and there were a couple heads sculpts I was interested in and they were competitively priced. But now I'll pay a little more and shop elsewhere. There are too many companies offering products that have good customer service.

      dollhausen: :( :( At least you would get your money back. I can't believe how bad their customer service is! Wish I could say that I would never order from them again, but I still need a couple of bodies to complete my girls .... but I will look elsewhere for similar size bodies. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago about ordering an SG body, never got a reply.

      I bought some cute accessories/props for my girls last week ... and here's my little girl band!

    12. Finally got a reply. They said my body should be shipping this week. I'm not pleased about having to open a paypal dispute to get them to answer me. One of the concerns in this hobby is that there is a history of small companies going under and when you can't count on a company to just send you a confirmation email it doesn't inspire confidence.
       
    13. HyperCurve - I love your girls and I understand completely ! I really want to buy their 53 girl bodies to match them up with my Volks MSD heads (I prefer the mature looking bodies, a trend Volks really has to get with) but Im very hesitant to do so after this experience. I would hold off until they get a dealer or whatever. They told me on 5/5 that they were shipping that week, but I am yet to get any updates, tracking or even a "surprise" package from them. I haven't closed the claim and it is still ongoing until I get my products.

      Dollhausen - I hope you have better luck than me. After the week they quoted me passed, I am holding little hope that they will be shipping it soon. All of this could have been avoided had they put a Q&A board, a notice on their website or just even confirming emails. Its just not looking good for them. Im cutting them some slack since they seem to be overwhelmed with orders, but I can't say that this is pleasant. Communication is key !
       
    14. There are atleast a couple dealers in Europe I know of, like think pink and little garden. Though I doubt their pre-orders come any quicker... But they might have something in stock.
       
    15. There is also Lysdoll in Canada. SQ Lab dealers rarely have full dolls or bodies in stock, and their pre orders do not come any quicker. ThinkPink has one WS SG body but it's terribly overpriced!
       
    16. Adamantine - Thank you ! Ive contacted Little Garden about one of their dolls, hopefully she'll agree with a body only purchase, otherwise the head will end up in the MP eventually :P I love that their "Mini" size bodies wear SD16 heels. Its so hard to find decent heels in the 1/4 size.

      Hypercurve - Thanks for the suggestion - didn't look through the website since Canada's international shipping is crippling ! XD I understand the EU agents have to pay exorbitant import fees, so its kind of understandable. I feel bad for hobbyists in the EU :( I appreciate you helping me though !
       
    17. XD I think the 'overprice' is sadly what us european have come to terms with since getting involved in dolls... VAT and customs fees. And Netherlands is one of the 'better' countries, too... They only have like 21%, while a lot of countries are 24-28%. v.v boo. So it works out cheaper for some, but I can see it can raise a few eyebrows outside europe.

      I really hope SQlab manages to sort all of this mess out.. Communication seems to be a problem with many small companies, but somehow I'd rather see them use google translator than not answer at all. :(
      They have really beautiful sculpting, and the resin is beautiful.. I want more Dx
       
    18. It was such a refreshing change to contact Little Garden. She replied to me within an hour and let me purchase the doll without the head - I honestly wasn't expecting that :) Shipping wasn't crazy and the price (including shipping) wasn't too far off from ordering through SQLabs direct. I highly recommend contacting them if you are hesitant of dealing with SQLabs. Honestly a very nice lady and I thank you Adamantine for providing me with the link ! :fangirl:

      It must be frustrating to deal with the MP - I understand why some have asked for lower declared value. Your customs are insane ! A person on a Volks thread purchased her dream doll, which probably was super expensive since she's really old and limited, is paying for $500 VAT. I would die.

      Dollhausen or if anyone who ordered got any updates, I would love it if you could leave it in this thread, and I will do the same. I hope everything works out for us and anyone in their current order
       
    19. HardCandy: Congrats!! I just purchased a Miyuki head from Little Garden! They are awesome, communication is wonderful :) She replied to my email within an hour as well. Now i am waiting for my Miyu to be shipped. So excited!!
       
    20. HardCandy13 - I have left the dispute open until I get the body I ordered since they said they will ship it this week.

      Just to be clear again, my gripe is not to do with wait time. I fully expect that any doll I order will be a long time coming. What I do expect from the manufacturer is confirmation of receipt of my payment and order. This shows that my money hasn't gone into the ozone and that my order is correct and understood.
