Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I noticed on their blog they don't even mention Gerda as part of the Christmas promo release, and they do mention something about a Snow King on a SD17 body, but the link is broken for all their photos so you can't look at it.

    4. Miroo is quite cute but her face is almost too soft and innocent for me but the body seems nice. I wonder if they will be selling it separately. On a side, I love the outfit she is released with and since I'm a shoe girl so I LOVE the shoes that are released with the full-set. Wish those came separately.

    5. What a surprize! I agree with what you said about Miroo and of course the killer shoes! She is too vanilla and generic for my taste, as well. The body is nice, but I don't know how I feel about a doll with only high heeled feet. That may affect how stable they stand and of course limits shoe options. The body/torso looks nicely sculpted, the hands don't wow me though, but I don't hate them. However, the way the body has to bend back without shoes on because of the feet and torso is a negative to me. Also, the neck looks a bit thick with the head they show on it, but not bad. It is great they are offering a body with the doll though, maybe it will match some of their other heads. The hybridizing can really be a bloody pain sometimes, it would be nice to easily find the perfect match to AS heads when you need it.

    6. Luckyl: I understand completely about trying to hybridize a doll. Are you a hands person as well? I know what you mean about her hands. So many times I want a body but the hands throw me because they are so chunky and bulky or they look like child's hands on an adult body *_*!

    7. Yes definitely! To me the detail and aesthetics of the hands can be a deal breaker when evaluating a possible body or a complete doll. They really can't be covered up very easily and expressive hands can really make a doll so much more interesting and photogenic. I hate to say this, but ugly, not very detailed claw like hands scream out "cheap" to me and that is a major turn off. I don't want fashion doll looking hands either. I like them realistic looking with nice details that compliment the sculpt.

      The AS sculpts are so refined and artistic that finding a body with the right hands will be even more important to me. I just can't wait to get these heads and see what they look like with the bodies I will have for them.

    8. Oh gosh, I'm so in love with Mr.Milu! He has the best antlers I've seen in a long time! They're usually not sculpted so slender and pretty. So tempted to order him, but I'd better decide quick, before he sells out. ;3;

    9. You can't order him alone. You needed to order another doll or head to be able to additionally order him, and yes, I recall it's until mid-January. I'm not sure they have any heads available right now, but I think their new girl may not be sold out yet? If you purchase her for an additional $50 you can also get a Mr. Milu head if they aren't 'done' with the order for him. Check before ordering!
