Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. I found that there's a little different about the old French resin Roda and new UV resin Roda.

      The left is my friend's new Roda.The Right is mine(Old french resin Roda)

      Especially the nose ,the new is bigger than the old one.

    3. :(SULA my Roda looks so so yellow like the Roda in your picture, I'm sad that the French Resin aged her so, and now Supia does not offer French Resin anymore only Urethane Resin, I have been debating on getting another and selling mine.

      pinktink- They wear size 8 inch wig, I only let my Roda wear JPOP wigs, they stay on her head better;)

    4. Mine is yellowing too.But I still love French resin only.But Supia dolls now don't offer French resin .I want to get a French resin Rosy:...(.

      The new Roda head has a little different than the before.I love the old head.

      I think that any doll will become yellowing.So love them now before they become yellowing.:(
      Hope that I can live with them forever.:(

    7. I struggle to confine my bjd family to size 43cm and under, but LANA (normal beige urethane resin) is such a gorgeous fairy she enchanted me and demanded to be adopted! Here's a pic of her and a link to many, many more!

    8. Lana is beautiful, is she the normal or white skin? I have difficulty working out which is which as they all seem to look so different in their photos. I can't decide if the white is a really pure white or if it has a bit of colour in it.

    9. FYI for those ordering directly from Supia.

      I got my Rosy today which I ordered from Supiadollz.net directly and she was very well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. The neat part that I'm reporting is that Supia has changed the head attachment from the bar-hook method to the S-hook (like Lana & Lina).

      I'm so happy I don't have to do an epoxy mod I can't even tell you all. LOL.

    14. I wonder if it would be possible to get some feedback on the resin quality and engineering of these lovely girls? I have volks and unoa's that I am afraid have spoiled me for even the smallest problem with resin (eg a little bit lumpy or not smooth) or engineering and poseablility - eg stiff, not natural posing, hammy hands and so on? I did get a body for a unoa hybrid from another company and found the quality to be so different that I am worried now about plans to buy a supia. any feedback, comparisons appreciated.

    15. I am really in love with both Lana and Lina. I think that I'm going to go with Lina but I'm having a tough time deciding on which one.

      I'm a bit confused by her official pics and real life pics. Lina's official pics show nude lips but owner pics show them to be very red.

      Official pics of Lana show her with the brighter shade lip color. Just hoping to clarify before I place an order. :)

    16. It could be the two different face-ups, the smokey and the regular one as one does seem to have paler lips than the other. At the moment the face-up option seems to have gone off the order menu so it could be they have a backlog and are not taking any orders for face-ups at the moment.

    17. Bridget McCall- Supia makes such wonderful dolls, and since they use Urethane resin now instead of French resin, the quality is excellent. The dolls are packed well, and they pose just wonderful. I love my Roda very much even if she has yellowed, but that is how French resin does. If I were to order another, she would be in Normal Beige urethane resin, you will not be dissapointed with their dolls.

    18. I love the Supia dolls, but my heart was set on the French resin (the translucency). I wonder *outloud* can UV additive prevent the yellowing or does it only slow down the process. I think I would almost prefer the yellowed French than the Urethane. I don't think they (Supia) will ever go back to the French resin. I guess I'm too new to understand the differences. Sad:...( no French resin. Can anyone explain the whole yellowing thing to me. (Yes, I know it is probably sunlight or could be a chemical reaction -- as some people have experienced yellowing without much/any light exposure)

    19. Thanks for the feedback derilan - can I ask for some more detail if possible? I got a limho mono for my niece and noticed that the resin was sort of ... a bit ... lumpy? if that is the right word? - not as smooth as my unoa or volks - is the supia resin smooth?

    20. ah ah! Sorry to jump in but I think I know what you're talking about! I thought I was crazy, but I did notice my Roda's body is a bit lumpy compared to my Luts boy. It's like, you can see each stroke the sculptor took to make her. It's only noticeable in certain light and only on the body. Honestly though you REALLY have to be looking for it to see it. I saw it by cleaning her in my bathroom, with a spotlight on. I don't know though, I think it makes her feel more like an artist doll, rather than mass produced like my luts boy. Other than that, the resin is really good quality, no air bubbles or anything. She's really light too, it's like carrying an MSD around. Her seam lines also aren't as monstrous/noticeable as others. (but I bought mine second hand so the previous owner might of done something to minimize it? not sure)
