  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. Speaking of tan dolls that are back, Soom has Gena and Godo back up again and as basic dolls! When I think what I went through getting my girl on layaway, arg. Oh well :D. The picture of Gena on their website don't do her justice, she's really a very nice medium tan color in person.

    6. Me too and all my brothers and sisters but we are all mixed and certainly many different racial characteristics have come out in all of us to lovely effect including red and blonde corkscrew curls, luscious full lips and eyes in every possible shade.

      I would love see more dolls offering tan options but one step at a time I suppose. i've only been in the hobby a year and there are more manufacturers offering tan skin than last year. Souldoll and Dollstown are moving in that direction. I'd love a Tan June. I wonder why Elfdoll has had so many problems with her. Maybe I will ask....and then beg :D

    7. I too wish there were more tan dolls. As it is there are very few options for bodies even with companies like Migidoll offering tan heads. :( I'd love to see more options in the true golden volks tan and really dark resin like Kamau's from IH.
      Also have to say that full lips are a plus for me since I have full lips myself and quite like them. ;)

    11. Wow. I didn't know large lips automatically makes someone look ghetto :|

      I like the Iple black dolls. I think they are beautiful and elegant. And no, not all black people have large lips, but they still do a great job in my oppinion.

    13. I wish Kamau would be re-released in his lovely dark tone. I have a single tan doll, but being a luts el, he doesn't seem to be anything but a well suntanned anime character. What I wouldn't give for a truly ethnic midnight man to show him up. :lol:

      PS: I actually have a black friend whose lips are as big if not bigger than Aaron's lips. He's an intelligent refined man. Not ghetto at all. In fact, he's got a regal handsome-ness to him....>>; I even used to have a crush on him when I was younger. He looks quite a bit like a half-as-buff kamau, actually. :aheartbea

    17. I wish i had bought a Kamau when he was release, now I'm kicking myself.

      I did recenly buy a tan Limhwa Half-Elf, OMG, her skin is so pretty. It's perfect if you plan on having a native american/latino character.

      I wish Soom would have an option for tan with their other dolls. I tried to convince them to make my Dia Boy in tan and they said no -_-, it was worth a try though.

    19. Haha, that's brilliant. I think she suits the part very well, I've just gotta make up my mind since the regular beige resin is lovely as well. I'm also curious as to whether the tan dye is all the way through the resin.

    20. Hee-Hee! Yes he is and oh so very sexy.....:drool I will post pics when I am done with his final look but I need to find tats for him. I'm not sure about the dye going all the way. I have been waiting on her for so long. What a perfect place to live and have a doll with the character of a Native Alaskan!?!:D We could go out and look for trinkets and things for their costumes.
