  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       I just got mine in the mail! It has a space to sign your name, but I dont wanna do it! Every time I sign my cards after a while it gets all smudgy, this card is way too cute for that!
      I registered my sd13 Mimi way back in september I think, and I have only done one online purchase at VolksUSA, but I have a feeling this is not a factor on who is recieving their cards this time.

    4. I just got my since the last time i visited their store they asked for one and i said i didn't get one the first time because they were too busy with the FCS. So i gave them my address and they sent me one and got it in a few weeks. You need one to purchase items at their store. If you don't have one, just tell them and give them your address and they will send you one.

      OT: also for anyone who is trying to get all the Limiteds, they have all at the store and will ship anywhere in usa, mexico also.

    5. I got a card today with the same number as the one I had before. The first card was given out because you registered your Volks Dolls. Some people got the original card at the opening of the Volks LA shop, mine was sent to me as I didn't attend. (They sent it with one of the dolls I ordered.)

      In the envelope was a note saying that some promos are for members only, and you have to have the card and the number. I'm going to call and see if I can get a FSC doll by using it....^^ Other wise I'm going to have to fly in... *sigh*

    7. I got a card today... Big surprise as I'd never heard anything about it. And it's odd, because the only thing I've ever ordered from them is one little outfit back in May, and a Dollfie Plus wig a couple years ago. :?
      They must not be too picky about who they send them to..

    10. I got mine today . . . and I don't even believe I ever bought anything directly from Volks, although I own some of their stuff! I did register with their online site, though.

      I was rather touched to get something from Tenshi no Sumika in the mail, actually ^_^

    11. Do you get one only if you purchase a doll? I purchased some items from the LA store a month or so ago. Also, I never got a membership card from when I sent my doll information to Volks when they were doing the dollfie list. Hrm... hehe

      I had thought the membership was for owners, and there is a yearly fee (waived the first year). Someone should call and ask Volks directly.

    13. Membership cards were sent out I believe on Monday for anyone who has either purchased from the store or online. If you purchased in the store you filled out one of those little white sheets with your info on it. Some people already had old membership cards (remeber the ones in Japanese?) but we just recently got in cards for the US (with Toppi on them) which is why we are sending them out to everyone right now. This could explain why you did not get a card a month ago - we didn't have any to give just then. So keep checking the mail and you might get a surprise soon.

      As to what the cards do, they are to show that you are a VOLKS USA member. We always ask if you have one in the store because it helps keep an accuate inventory count as well making sure that you got everything. For instance, remember when the store opened and some of the dolls bought didn't have their undergarments? VOLKS looked to see who bought them and then sent whatever was missing by mail. Also, the membership card will grant you access to Tenshi-no-Sato in Kyoto without having to make an appointment, like you would have to do otherwise.

      Also: there is no fee associated with these cards like asked above.

    16. I got my card too! I think it's forever submitted their dolls on the volks LA club. Because I've never ordered directly from Volks. I did submit my Nono a long time ago though! I was a cool surprise!

      so if I go to the volks L.A. store or their events party I have to show my membership card so that I can be allowed to go inside?

    18. No, you don't have to show your card for either. If you forgot your card we can look it up on the computers in the store and as for the events you usually have to sign up/lottery for them earlier on so we have a list on file of who is coming.
