It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Both my daughter and I got our cards yesterday. Very cute Toppi. I thought mine would have Emma somehow because DD's doll is Toppi & mine is Emma. But that was goofy because I bought her Toppi in my name for a surprise christmas gift last year. Handwritten numbers on our cards too. Fun!

    3. Hmmm.... I wan't expecting to get a card but it looks like if you have bought anything from Volks Online you still get a card right? B/c I don't have a volks doll... Therefor would be impossible for me to register any of my dolls. ^^;; I guess if they have your info of some form you should get one then... right?

    12. I got two cards in the mail, and I'm the only one that shops at Volks in my house... I had registered at the store a while back, and I received two cards in the mail the other day. One was a replacement for the one I received at the store, numbered 777. But I also got another card that I think is numbered 954. Did I get a second one because I bought something online, or what? :?

    13. I got my card in the mail while I was away on vacation.

      Ironically, I was in LA & visited the Volks showroom (& dropped quite the wad of cash, and I didn't get a doll, although the MSD F-13 is really cute).

      My info was in the computer, though; Bailey looked it up.

    14. I have two cards too...one for buying something at the store and another for siging up on the database on Volks International Website...they each have a different number too. At least that is why I think I have two?
