1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Tenshi No Sumika opens Nov 19th in LA

Oct 4, 2005

    1. no one knows

    2. What I'm curious about is what they will have 'in stock' there, as it were.

      I get the impression that there will be doll clothes for sure..what about their standard doll offerings?

      *hides Kun from sweetie, lest he be sorely, SORELY tempted*

    3. Paris would be perfect :D with the train, it's not that far from here, and it just seems like a perfect doll city for me..though london, expecially when it's winter is also very good....why don't they just open two stores? XD

      you never know, maybe if the LA store gets really succesful? Come, everyone, buy stuff at the LA store and tell them how much you'd like a store in Paris XD

    4. I hope that the one in LA does very well, so they'd consider opening one on the east coast! :chibi Hopefully they'll also make one in the middle of the U.S. so our friends there wouldn't be stranded. :grin: Then they'd need at least one in Europe, and one in Australia. :daisy

      Phew! I think it'll be a while before they expand so much, but I'm still hopeful!! :D

    5. Yeah, one in New York would be great! In fact, I'm not sure why they chose LA over NY anyway. xD;

      It might be a while, but it'd be great to have more U.S. locations. Does anyone know how long it took Volks to expand their shops in Japan?

    6. Washington D.C. would be a good place for an East Coast Volks too since it is pretty much right in the middle. New York City wouldn't be a bad idea for a store location either.

    7. New York City would be excellent!! :chibi But I guess they wanted to start somewhere closer to them (still a long trip, but closer :grin: ). And I've heard that California has a large Japanese population, so maybe that's another reason. California is sooo far away.... *_*

    8. Yes, you're much more likely to find Japanese speaking people in California than in, say..Michigan :(
