you need to log on and post your question on the 1:1 board and Momo, who is very busy but is working hard to get everything done, should answer you. I would also suggest setting up a new e-mail account and then changing your e-mail on Tensiya to that account. I have yahoo, and while I don't get all the e-mail from them, I did get the ones that mattered, because I added them to my address book so yahoo would not block them or think they were spam.

 

Janne, sorry to hear this since I know how much you love your boys. My entry was 2 seconds after 7:30 pm pacific time and I wanted Fogg, but actually, let's face it, tan bois are the smex (Rhunei) and I think I am happier I ended up with the Amazon. It's been a year and 1/2 of missing for me...and I really didn't think it would happen...so don't give up hope.

I really hope that in the future they find a way to sell a Bermann-type blank head mold so people can create their own versions of resiness. I would love to see that.

 

it is unknown. Anu's designs are suppose to be done, but then, one can never say never. I do think that if they do bring back the boy, there may be some differences, but there is such a love for this guy, and it's beyond just being a harder to get doll (there are more that are even harder to get). I am beyond happy right now, but I want others to also feel this way, so I hope something will happen in the future.

okay, I'm starting to feel like I am spamming here, but it's because I was where many of you are now. For quite a long time, even tho I rarely expressed it.

I know what it's like to want something so bad it hurts. I know what it's like to see others "show off" even tho they don't mean to. I know what it's like to go through the pain of attempting to get something rare and unusual, only to have it taken away from you.

I can only say, that it's all by chance. Appreciate what you have, save for what you want, don't curse those who do have, and hang in there. There is very little that is impossible if you release the bonds that hold you.

Getting the ones that mean the most to you takes work. But that is what makes it worth it. Keep trying. If it is meant to be, it will happen.

 

I am almost certain some people will be selling their Bermanns on the secondary market too, so there are still opportunities to get them...

And maybe we should force Helene into selling some of hers since she has FIVE BERMANNS! XD XD XD

I have an account and never received any emails. When I accidently sent the request in early, I did get a message from Momo saying I was too early.

So it is confusing as to why I was not notified about the sale and had to find out here.

It has all worked out in the end, though. A friend decided to sell her Hound and I bought him yesterday so I still have a Dollshe coming home. And I have a Husky head on the way, too.

So while Eiri will not be a Bermann, he will at least FINALLY come home in some shape or form.

Exactly, after the release of Heimdal there have been 4 Bermann's ((that I know of)) on the secondary market for sale (( 2 Heimdal's, one 77 original head/V1 Hound body and another full originall 77 )) not to mention the one Gayle got, don't really call that being on the market but great things regarding this doll does happen.

 

This is true about email from Tensiya...I had the same problem and I changed my email account to something else for them because of it. That could be the case.

Also, if you had won and did not pay yet, there's no doubt in my mind they would be leaving you a message (quite obvious) on Tensiya. They've done that before...like on the HOME PAGE trying to get a hold of someone to pay.

 

Very well said. I have been working very hard to think this way in this hobby (especially in the last couple of months), because honestly, I think I do have a lot to appreciate, it's just so hard to realize it somethimes. And I can only hope for good (and better!) things to come in the future. ^__^

 

It's nice to hear the consolations from everyone - it actually does help. *^_^*
And I'm really so happy for those who snagged these boys - there wasn't a one of them I didn't think was extraordinarily wonderful.
I really have to agree with everyone - all in all, everyone was really nice this time.
I hope Anu is encouraged too and decides to continue the Bermann project, He's such a special, beautiful boy - it's hard to think of him being discontinued forever.

 

Maybe it's time for me to step out of the cave XD, I rarely express it on boards, only a few close friends knows I've been longing for a Bermann.

I received my first Bermann 2 weeks ago and haven't post any of his pics here on DOA, because I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings.

I had insomnia just waiting for him to come home for those 6 days (from paying to shipping) My husband thought I was insane XD

I wasn't planning to get any Bermanns when Tensiya first announced they will release him, but after they've announced that they will release two suntan boys this time, I went for L'etranger because I've been admiring over Ash Bar's suntan Bermann name Rickey for a long long time.

Don't give up hope because I know I didn't, one will find it's way home to you.

Ok, I'm really scared to post this but I want to be honest and if everyone wants to flame me and think me to be a bad person then please do so, I had no intention to make anyone feel bad.

I ordered all 3 Bermanns, one of each...and I won. I honestly did not think that I would win, I never won anything in my life and when I went to bed that night I had pretty much accepted the fact that I would not win and I was ok with that, then I got up and was shocked to read my email, I had won one of each.

Now that I won, I want to be happy about my win but I feel really horrible about it, half of me is so estatic and walking on clouds where the other half of me is scared, nervous and feels horrible guilty.

I know some of you that did not win and do not have a Bermann at all will probably hate me and I don't blame you as I were in your shoes one time and I was angry at people who wanted more than one Bermann, so I have been on both sides of the fence.

I'm sorry and I feel really horrible and I'm shaking right now, I know I should not really care what other people think about me but I can't help it. I have been thinking for 2 days now about posting this here as but I believe in being open and honest.

I'm sorry really sorry and feel horrible for those who did not win and I really do hope you get your Bermann someday.

I really don't know what else to say.

Thanks for your input HouseOfIsis, Bakayaro Onna, and Christy. That's a good suggestion about changing the e-mail account. I do have another account that happens to be yahoo bizmail, so I think I'll change to that. I left a message on the 1:1 QA board with other e-mails at which to contact me, but I'm sure Momo is busy, and there are the holidays. I doubt I got Bermann (although my husband assures me he pushed send on my e-mail at exactly the time by the atomic clock--we're such propellor heads, lol, and, yea, of all nights he went on sale, it was the one night a month I have a business meeting.) Anyway, just covering the bases, plus, I would hate to be embarrassed by Anu thinking I ordered him and wasn't paying for him. I'm really OCD about honoring committments.
