Tensiya's release of Dollshe Heimdall DO Bermann discussion thread

They have a few options... they can increase the number of Bermanns and still be limited.

But after this awful incident, I think everyone who were given false hopes should have some form of compensation. Either they get given a chance at the next Bermanns Tensiya will be releasing (this would be a tad difficult and might raise an even higher commotion), or they increase the number of Bermanns being released to account for this. To be honest, I just want Bermann himself, even without the fancy clothes and such.

I can understand why Tensiya is not replying yet now. I believe they are in such distress and panic right now, that they have no idea what to do. It could have been the case that their software "fucked-up", for a lack of a better word. I cannot see why this could have happened. It should have been automatically programmed that only 11 sales would be made. Unless someone hacked into their account and changed the settings.

 

I hope that at the very least we get to keep the credit points...

 

Completely and utterly agree. If they want to keep their customers they need to do something for all the people that got "snubbed". I'm not saying that it's absolute but it would be a very nice gesture and would keep people from never wanting to deal with them again. There's a bunch of different options from those you mentioned to mini gift certificates to their store...something is better than nothing...but all i want is to know what's going on! It's really not hard to release a small list of 11 screen names (not even real names) of those who were lucky enough to get them!
But yea...they are probably in a mad panic right now. I can imagine...seriously though, look at us...we're not doing so well either >_<

yes, i agree, how difficult can it be to go back and see who the first 11 buyers were and post the list?? right now i think i care more about just /knowing/ than actually having managed to get a Bermann! not that that doesn't mean i don't hope i did manage to, but, you know..... really.

I feel really bad for them. Initially I was very worried and annoyed that they were being so unprofessional about it, but I wish they'd post something small. "We're very sorry, we're working on the issue with Bermann." These things happen, and I'm not going to bite their head off for it. $1000+ is a lot of money and I think that the customers do deserve even a tiny note just to let us know they acknowledge there's a problem.

 

Umm isn't it borderline illegal, or just poor business sense, to release the names of your customers? Waiting for a list might be pointless.

 

Do you think perhaps there is a possibility we can track him down then? If he really does look like Bermann, that is one person I would love to see (and perhaps kidnap). XD. Korean Military service takes about 2 years maximum. Mr. Dollshe seemed to have been able to create new molds, so perhaps he is starting his doll-making again. ^_^

*sighs* It's been a gloomy day for all of us guys, but I hope something good will definitely come out of it. From the way Momo and Anu speaks, they seem very much concerned for their customers and I think we will get at least a huge apology for all the heartaches and sleepless nights this caused. It's 2:12 AM here and my eyes are sore.

I think we're all a bit tired. I know I nearly had a heart attack trying to place the order earlier, LOL.

I'm sure they have a good explanation for what happened today and now I've just got to condition myself to let my jumpy nerves be and quit fretting over this. :/ Although I won't even pretend to be disappointed when it turns out I haven't gotten dear Bermann.

Just checking in - I haven't received any official confirmation from Tensiya or Anu, because I was also buying for Helene, and she gave me her details to sign in with. Pia did the same thing (ie: used Helene's details) as well, and she also managed to "get" one.

I can also say that I've spoken with Helene herself, and SHE apparently got one, but I think she's just gone and fainted from all the excitement. I'll try calling her again a bit later this afternoon.

But what if they just post screen names? The ones you use to sign in to Tensiya? Ahh maybe I'm too hopefull.
And according to google translate, the message on anustyle is saying something to the extent that the site has had too much traffic and is down, etc...it's not a great translation so it might be wrong but thats what it says...it goes on to explain how this can happen, too many people visiting...I wouldn't be surprised though if that was the case.

 

No it's just saying the site is down temporarily because of bandwidth. Anustyle and Angelthecool must be hosted on the same server.
