  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. I knew it, they sent too many confirmations. Here's the email I got from Tensiya.The topic "ems number title!" got my hopes up, but it says I'll get a refund instead. :oops:

    7. Okay, let me make sure I got this absolutely right. You recently received e-mails from both Tensiya and PayPal verifying your refund, correct?

      One more question: When you log in to your account on the Tensiya site, has your order been erased?

      Since I can't receive e-mail from Tensiya, and I doubt I've got Heimdall, I wonder how I'm going to be able to ask for priority for the next Bermann. @_@ I guess I could leave a message on the site, right?
       
    8. Check your paypal account...I didn't get an e-mail but they did paypal...
      Now for all those that got a "refund"....did they refund you or make a payment? because they made a payment to me and that means i lost out on $38.05.....THATS BULL.....
      Heck yea they better make a waiting list for us....GRRRR....
       
    9. No, the order hasn't been erased, confusingly it says "shipped", but instead of the ems tracking number it says "paypal refund". :atremblin Checked my Paypal account and the refund is there, so unfortunately no mistake possible.
       
    10. That's awful :\ Refund the payment to them and request that they refund you properly so you don't lose out. Give them your transaction ID number and tell them to open your transaction and click the Refund button at the bottom of the page.

    12. I e-mailed them and told them to refund me the $38.05. I'm not giving back the money I have now until they contact me further. Knowing them I'll wait for days >_<
      *sigh* This really sucks. I don't want the next one, i want this one.
      And my question is, so if we're priority for the next Berm, then he's pretty much sold out? How does that work? Because 23 people ordered, 11 got him, 12 left over, only 11 made next, technically then if we get priority, the next is sold out and one person is screwed. What do you guys think?

I'm sorry if this seems rude, but doesn't that seem a bit unfair? :/ If 20-something people ordered, and half of them get priority in the next release of Bermanns, that pretty much means the whole next release of Bermanns is taken up with you guys. I may be completely wrong, or mean, or whatever... but that strikes me as very unfair to everyone else. Just my opinion, though. :/
       
    14. I'm still waiting too. No e-mail from PayPal, nothing new on my PayPal account, and my order has stayed the same on Tensiya. Let's hope for both our sakes it is good news!

      And L-Lamb, I am really, really sorry. I hope everything gets sorted out pronto, though I wonder if others are also missing money on their refunds. Also, I honestly have absolutely no clue what that priority means either, because your math is correct and that does leave one person out.

      Gah, this is really a nightmare. @_@ Hopefully Tensiya will be better-prepared next time and we can avoid this anguish again.

      I really don't know what to think about the whole affair. I think all my brain cells have been pretty much zapped. That priority thing doesn't seem to quite make sense, either. Blah.
       
    15. imho, i think it's pretty fair.... the problem lies in the company (Tensiya) that they didn't handle the ordering properly, so i think it makes sense for them to give compensation to the people whose hopes they got up and then let down.... that could just be me though >.<
       
    16. No I dont think it's fair to anyone. I think what they've done/are doing to everyone is horrible.
      I don't think this should have happened.
      I don't think we should be the only ones to be able to get the next Berm.
      I don't think they should just say sorry and leave it at that either.
      I don't think it's fair/smart/good business of them not to REFUND money but pay money back so technically we lose money

      No they aren't sending e-mails out, the only way I found out was checking my paypal account >_<
      The fairest thing they could do to the people who missed out is to offer to make the same Berm for us if we are willing to wait a little longer. Yea then it wont be the same limited but then they wont have angry customers, stressed customers or sad customers. But then again life isn't fair. I just am not happy with their customer service AT ALL.
      Most I can say is please people, check your paypal account and let them know right away if they shorted you money too.
      And congrats to those who do end up getting him. He's gorgeous. My favorite Berm by far.
       
    17. It's getting really confusing. Under packing skip on my order page it has changed from "paypal refund" to "986+968+68 2orders and ship fee", but I only ever ordered one Bermann, and that one's 968... I guess they're getting confused at Tensiya too! Must be pretty hectic there at the mo.
      I got a proper refund from Paypal, not a payment from them, wonder why they handle things differently for different people?
      Anyways, have to get back to bed now, good luck to everybody...

    18. Agreed!! I was unfortunate enough not to have the funds for this Bermann, but I still want one desperately ... my chances are diminishing faster than I can blink :arainclou

      So do I have to grapple get the next *available* one regardless of if I want it, so I'd at least have a chance for a future release then?

    20. Yes, this is the fairest thing to do, and what I thought would have been really great, but...I don't think they could exceed the "77 Bermanns" deal. I don't know if this is in contract to Dollshe; I am totally and utterly clueless about how this arrangement with Tensiya was set up.

      I feel bad for everyone involved, not just myself. As you said, you've got customers with a range of emotions, none of them particularly pleasant, and Tensiya's reputation is going to take a hit for this. I want to think the best of them so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they are as upset by the situation as we are, and that they are doing their best to remedy it.

      I think my head just exploded after reading that. You know, bed right now might not be a bad idea. When I wake up, this could all be sorted out and amends made. I wish I could sleep.
