We've had one refund.
Email through the PayPal system read as follows down below.
It was fully refunded, every cent. Though we happened to forget the shipping when making the order on this one.
On the Tensiya site it says...
Order Number: 1142464214_923
Shipping Status: Shipped
Packing Slip: 968.00 cancel refund

 

I assume 1142464214 is some sort of timestamp thing then (the last three digit _923 I guess are user ID or something like that). It seems most people who got confirmation e-mails have smaller nmbers such as 40xx. Ha...Mine was 4375... -_-

 

i'm 4038....... still haven't heard anything regarding a refund....... *crosses fingers*

would be great if we could come up with a list of everyone who ordered and their order numbers, wouldn't it..... lol wishful thinking. meanwhile..... on to page 7 of this paper.

Really sorry to hear that. Does this one have a later timestamp? Later than the 214 you posted earlier? Since I have 375, I will probably to one of the last to get refunded.

Well, Chris did say there were 23 orders placed. If you subtract Ophiaca, L-Lamb, kagami, and Helene's three orders, you're down to 17, which is six more than we know should actually get Bermann.

To everyone who didn't make it: I'm really, really sorry. I know how painful this has been and how much sleep we're all losing over this, and it's probably small consolation to know you'll at least get priority over the next batch, whatever on Earth that means.

I haven't gotten one...yet. There's definitely still hope for you! Even if I get one, maybe I'm the cut-off point.

I've been refunded as well.

I'm not really surprised this happened; I know nothing about programming internet shopping carts, but it must be incredibly difficult to keep track of so many people ordering simultaniously. The difference between many of us must have come down to a fraction of a second.

I'm happy with getting priority on the next set; it's more than I expected. I can see why people who were saving up for the next set would think it's unfair, but I also think it would be unfair to let us go through all that again. I can live with losing out for being slower than other people, but not for being faster than the computer. There will be several more sets at least.

I was in love with those eyes, though.
