  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       I just wrote to Tensiya expressing that. Perhaps if more of you will do the same, they will get the message that a priority list is terribly unfair, to all of us.

      I'm waiting as well, could not access the site yesterday because of the DNS Error but Heimdal wasn't the boy for me, regardless.

      I'm deeply appreciative of Anu's work as an artist and Tensiya's desire to find a better solution to the ordering of future Bermann releases.

    5. I'm sorry that some of you did not get your Bermanns. But really, the Priority list is TERRIBLY unfair. I think it's horrible that she's even thinking about. Yes, there was a mistake. But should that justify ruining another 11 people's dreams of getting a Bermann? It shouldn't. I think the next batch should start out equally. =/ I was wanting to go for this next batch, and I find it horribly unfair and will be writing to Anu.

      I really hope she understands that it would be terrible to have a priority list. Yes, it was horrid that such a mishap happened.... but everyone was refunded and everyone should have an equal chance at the next one.

    8. I think that at this point and with so many frustrated people...they are not going to cancel the priority list because it will upset those people even more.
      But I think that after the people in the priority list get their dolls they should do a lottery for the next time.

      You guys are complaining about the priority list but how would you feel if you paid for a doll and you are so happy thinking that you finally got it and then it was all a mistake??

      Imagine for a minute that it happened to you.

I agree a priority list is unfair and personally prefer the chance to get him and the disappointment of not (honestly believed I wasn't going to get him) to having no chance at all and no disappointment. I don't think the priority list is fair either. And even if I hadn't gotten him, I'd still feel this way. Yes, it was a mass of confusion, and very traumatizing... but it still came down to the first 11.

    10. I feel so badly for everyone who thought they had brought their boy home and then had their dream taken away.

      I guess its a blessing for me that I never even got a chance to order ( her site and Mac dont get along at all!)

      I am holding out hope for the 2 new boys.

    11. Mm. But the point is there were both sides of parties that had their share of pain. Those who thought they got him, but didn't and those who couldn't get a chance to try at all.
      The thing is, is it fair to favor the other party?
      I'm not saying to disregard the pain that those who had their orders refunded, but I'm saying to also think of the other side who had no chance.

    12. Oh god, got a refund. Feel like someone's just smacked me in the face. Bermann's been my Holy Grail ever since I got into this hobby, and the fact that he was beautywhite--well, this was my ideal Bermann. I was so excited yesterday, & now it's like I've been stepped on--just, crushed. I can't even think straight about the priority thing right now. Honestly, at this moment, I don't care.

    13. *hugs* don't feel so bad~ I know you'll get a Bermann in the end! It was pretty awful for some people I'm sure, to have their feelings pulled up and down like a yo-yo these past days ...

      The only way that I see the priority list working out if a separate Bermann line was made outside the planned 77 for *all* those who paid. Since it's over 11 people, even with a priority list someone is bound to be upset again in the end.

    14. I really don't think its fair to have a priority list Anu. There were plenty of people who wanted a Bermann from the last Bermann sales and they didn't get on a priority list.

      Please Anu...Re-think this "Priority List". As before with other sales of Bermann, everyone should have the same starting point at getting a chance to buy the next Bermann. It is unfair to alot of collectors who are hoping and saving for a chance to get the next one.

    16. Hmmm.. did anyone know that Mr. Dollshe is trying out to be a model/actor?
      Well.. he is. He's busy attending acting classes and such. I'm not sure what he's going to do doll-making wise. I hope he's successful in both fields... and hopefully more bermanns are released in the future for those who want him. There are, however, a lot of bermanns released - 77 normal and 33 SA. It's been a long time since the release, but I don't think that's too limited. Just an FYI for those (if any) wondering.

    17. Well very shortly he will be serving his mandatory Korean Military time. All men are required to serve two years in the military, and his is coming up very soon, if he isn't actually serving it now.

      Got this info from Hyon at Dollmore USA, she is Korean and keeps up with just about everything.

    18. Hmm. Well, i know I'm going to try for one of the next DO Bermann releases. Probably not this one, but the one after, and then keep on trying until I get him.

      The priority list thing...yes, it excludes people from the next release, because I really can't imagine that of the 12 people who ordered (assuming the magical number 23 is right) many are going to pass up the chance at him. But really...I think it IS fair. Those people got one this time. They won him. They THOUGHT they had him. They had already saved up, and they paid. Then, that all got taken away.

      There are going to be five more DO Bermann releases. Four if you don't count this next release. That's 44 more dolls that haven't been claimed yet - possibly more, if the people who got onto this priority list decide not to go for it.

      Yes, I feel the list is fair. I'm saying this as someone who wants a Bermann, is going to try for one, and knows that the list means that I WON'T be getting one next release. But the people who were on the list, they already saved up. They already had the reflexes to get him. Do I think that just because I took longer to save, I should be able to get one instead? No. I'm content to wait for a later release.
