Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. So if anu isn't going to use the website cart system next time, what IS she going to use? Anybody have any ideas.

      I'd hate the thought of having to call Korea by phone or something, gaak, can you imagine that?
       
    2. Me neither. They said they have not decided yet. Even if they change the system, I wonder how well they can handle it. I still think it's better if they just fix their system first.
       
    3. They're not going to offer him through the website anymore..?? So how are they going to sell him?
       
    4. I agree that simply fixing the system somehow is the best option. There must be software around that could instantly flag when the doll is sold out so no one elses orders could even be accepted past 11. Something like that would be best.
       
    5. God - imagine by phone. That would be a worse mess than the ridiculous cart system they have now.

      Come on guys, what is done...is just that, done. I think we can all agree that, all the decisions will be made by Anu, as it should be. It's her doll shoppe and she'll do what she wants.....

      I didn't get a boy either, so..

      In the end, the only voice that counts is Anu's.....I respect her enough to let her decide what to do. So let's leave it alone.
       
    7. It's not that we don't respect her decision. It's a forum after all and people have the right to voice out their concerns. Anu listens to her customers and I think she would love to hear about what we think too, after all this whole thing is for us and the rest of her customers in the end.

      So, with that said, I can't wait to see what Luis Dobermann will look like and I wonder whether Heimdall is the only BW they will ever release. :(

    9. I am SO CONFUSED. At first I thought I got a Bermann, then I figured that since I didn't get a confirmation, I hadn't gotten one. Then last night, I was shocked to see my name on the list.

      But my money was refunded.

      What's the deal? I've been reading through this thread, but I can't seem to figure it out. Did I get one? Should I repay?

    17. Gayle, the next time you buy something from Tensiya, you can use your points as a kind of discount on the purchase or shipping of your new purchase. It's been a while, but I think there is a place on the check out page where you can indicate that you want to use your points. If it doesn't work for some reason, just send a message on the Q/A board and they will adjust it for you. ~~Lin

    20. But don't you find it wierd that by the next day, some in the top 11 list had been designated as being paid up, and some hadn't? It was my understanding that the time it took to pay for the item was included in determining who made it to the list of 11. And the day after, some of them was marked as unpaid??? Alex
