Thick eyebrows or thin eyebrows?

Jan 22, 2017

    1. For it all depend on the character I envisioned for the particular doll. Most of my dolls have realistic face up, and so they have brows leaning toward thicker side. My smaller dolls have thinner brows as they have less realistic faceups.

    2. This is really character dependent for me. Some of my characters go for the more natural (maybe bushy) look, while others prefer something more tailored (depending on if they are particular about their looks or not). For some that are based on existing characters, it just comes with the character.

The thing I like about picking out the style of eyebrows for OCs in general is the look it officially gives them. From innocent, friendly youthful, to daring, mischievous and sassy, their eyebrows say a lot about their personality. It's something that can be reached with thick, thin and in between, and it's always neat to see the outcome.:kitty2

But seriously, it depends on the character and the sculpt... in general though I'm more a fan of thick brows, or medium ones. :)

    4. I really like both depending on the face and the style of doll. I feel the same way when it comes to people, both can be very attractive!

    5. I used to be all about thin eyebrows (probably because mine are thick) but now I am starting to like the thicker ones better. I think you're doll looks great with hers! :D

    6. I guess it's one of those "want what you can't have" sort of situations. I'm a ginger, and, although my eyebrows are on the thicker side, they are blonde, almost white. This makes them essentially invisible on my face.

Perhaps this is why I like thicker brows on my dolls. I think they are very expressive!

    7. Thick eyebrows, they look so sweet! Loving the eyebrows on yours. Totally in love <3333

    8. Usually medium to thinner for me. Not into bushy for sure.

    9. I'm a HUGE fan of big, bushy, EXPRESSIVE eyebrows! They can look so cute on girls, and even boys! I think it depends on the size of the eyes, as well, which give them that easy emotional feel.

    10. It really depends on how they're done and the character. Something in between the two would be great.

    11. Both have their place, but i'm a huge fan of big eyebrows. It looks so much more natural.

    12. I always tend to draw thick eyebrows on my dolls, on accident, when I do their face-ups. So I've come to love them.

    13. I LOVE thick eyebrows on dolls, probably because I love thick eyebrows on myself as well :wiggle I think I'd like a variety of shapes and thicknesses in my collection though. It's fun to mix things up.

    14. I personally love thick eyebrows on dolls. When you make them have perfect "instagram" eyebrows, the face looks a bit of to me. All natural is the way to go!

    15. I like both. It really depends on the look I am going for. I do tend to love girls with a high arch that starts thick and thins out.

    16. Depends on the character. My next doll is going to have attack eyebrows ;).

    17. I think this depends on the character tbh. I'm also fond of no brows xD

    18. The width of the eyebrows depend on wide, big or small the head is. It also depends on which looks better for my doll.

    19. it depends on which will suit the doll i think, but i personally like the faceups of immortality of soul and ring doll.
