Why do I feel like that there's a photo out there of a bjd with a rubber duck attached to his crotch, somewhere? Or maybe it's just a company having fun with censor bars.
These drawings are so fun. This has also made me understand why in my search for doll clothing there is a lot, I mean A LOT, of lingerie for male dolls. It’s making me want to maybe one day get a male doll with nice pecs just so I can put him in a beautiful bra that cups his man bosoms so nicely.
Given how often the 75cm uncles have pecs with "my cup runneth over" energy, uncle bras make complete sense.

All of my dolls are up on shelves facing my bed, so every night I see dozens of eyes staring at me… Not sure if it’s creepy or comforting

Since I joined the hobby I've started to notice doll talk in the wild. I've overheard a conversation about antique dolls between some old Romans at a table. One of them was superstitious, porteno iella, "they bring bad luck". Another said they made him uncomfortable, nun se moveno, ma sa' commannano, "they don't move, but it's like they own the place".
That's kind of charming- "they don't move but they own the place." Reminds me of The Little Princess movie, when Sara's dad tells her dolls come alive when we're not looking.
@quilleth it's extremely weird that I'm noticing only now, but dolls come up a lot in conversations. The other day I was told "You know what's Johnny Depp's hobby? He collects dolls! Isn't that silly." Of course that's very silly, a grown adult collecting dolls
