Things that are hard to find that you would like to see more of

I would love to see more normal men/boys shoes. Most things I find are either the slip on skateboard style or have platforms, random buckles/chains/crosses/etc...nothing you'd see the average or professional man walking down the street in.

Also full armor sets (European, not Asian) there are a few bits of armor on various fullset dolls but it's always like one shoulder or one arm.

 

Personally, I would like to see some GOOD middle-eastern inspired fashions. Soom has SOME stuff that I like. I will probably have to just make for myself what I have in mind. Usually I am not that picky about doll clothing. I like suits a lot for dolls and I also like casual clothing. As I, myself, wear nothing more than a T-shirt, jeans and a sweater all the time. But I really like middle-eastern motifs and I wish there were more...Like middle eastern meets 90's couture.

I've seen track suits at Dollmore before. When you get market place access you will find lots of seamstresses here on DoA sell pyjamas. In the meantime you might find some on Etsy.

 

I'd like more period accurate clothing. Most of what I see is visual kei or steampunk and while some of the stuff is really cool, my dolls can't wear any of it. I am sort of pressed to commission and even then, only a few people work with period clothes. I like to have a lot of options.

I know dreadfullme has a gasmask for her bjd, she is really nice person so you could ask her where she got it.

 

A wider variety of wig colors. I mean, why can I easily find pink, but never carrot? =_=

Finally, there are reasonably priced cans of beer for SDs. Google beer can flashlight. Don't pay the ridiculous price in the BJD section of ebay when you can find exactly the same thing at roughly $12 for 6 assorted elsewhere on ebay.

 

Male 11cm sized clothes. Every time I search, it's 90% skirts and dresses!

 

What I want is a nice MSD sized wheelchair. Its impossible to find! I dont want something plastic or a little to big, like the American girl ones. I want a nice metal antique looking wheelchair for my boy. Price isnt a concern right now as I cant even find one that I could consider! Also, I want a nice porcelain MSD tub. No plastic! This item I haven't been searching for quite as long as the wheelchair, but I still can't find it.

I'd love to see more little resin animals, or creatures that are in scale, and resin! Who says dolls have to be human! My girl could use a kitten, or a puppy, or even a horse for that matter!

Also, more period clothing would be nice. And not just stuff from feudal japan times....
