1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Things that are hard to find that you would like to see more of

Mar 24, 2010

    1. 1.) House slippers for 70cm boys' huge feet.
2.) 70cm or any size Buddhist monk prayer beads, although I might end up making them myself.
3.) Pants for a buffer 70cm (Spiritdoll Proud) that actually CLOSE! Poor Tatsuha has three pairs of pants and not one of them close in the front. I'm reduced to having him either wear long shirts or making a panel in the front to hide his junk. :sweat I feel sorry for anyone that gets one of the new Spiritdoll Herculeans, they will have to probably either wear EID pants or custom ones. Hopefully they'll close in the front if they do!
4.) Suits...oh heck ANYTHING for the buffer 70cm boys that actually FIT! Not everyone has a willowy/thin 70cm boy, and EID clothes are just too huge! :(

    2. Ryu -- There are at least two tutorials in the workshop area for making slippers. Full disclosure: one of them is by me.

    3. I have also noticed a distinct lack of well-made BJD furniture. And it is especially hard to find for SD sized dolls. This is why I have decided to make some. I'm cutting some of the start-up costs by littering my christmas list with tools. Lol. But I've got sketches for a bed (a double for now, though I hope to make a bigger one later), a bookshelf, night stands, wardrobe, armoire, desk, chair, and rocking chair. Eventually I want to learn how to upholster and make a sofa/arm chair combination! Is it strange to be female and want a tablesaw for christmas? I don't think so... :)

    4. A table saw looks like a completely rational gift that any sensible husband or boyfriend would be more than willing to give you.

    5. I would love cowboy boots, original western style and real edwardian type boots too, in the MSD size mostly buy also in Yosd and tiny and SD too.

    6. Having a centaur doll would be really cool,
if not impractical due to space here.

Also, cute soft simple rabbit ears and tails.
      Or any animal ear.

All the ears I find are acrylic-magnetic attached,
      or attached to a good.
      >_<

    7. I completely understand! Finding cowboy boots is hard enough, but finding them in MSD size has been quite impossible!

    8. Furniture, and shoes that fit odd feet sizes.

    9. I'm not sure if it's on-topic or not, but DaisyDayes makes a tiny centaur. So does Domadoll. I think both are discontinued now but you might get one second-hand.

    10. Let's see, my wishlisht would include:

      A mermaid's tail for Dollfie Dream. <.<

More animetic eye choices here in the US. I would be in heaven if some of the amazing artists that do custom resin eyes in Japan would start selling here or on Ebay. Or I would LOVE it if Yahoo!Japan would open up accounts to foreign countries, or at least start accepting Paypal.

I echo all the sentiments on beautiful furniture for our dolls.

More cosplay outfits, for all sizes. Definitely. *nodnod*

    11. http://angell-studio.com/en/?product-1703.html

They have them for SD and MSD too.

    12. This would be awesome :D.

      I´d like to see:
-more antique looking SD size furniture (like the volks chairs)
-cute looking outfits for SD (usually the really "childlike" clothes are YoSD or MSD size)
-unique little teddy bears for my doll
(every time I see a stuffed animal I´d really like for my doll, it is OOAK/sold out or not for sale)

    13. I'm with vhdangel, I'd like to see easily attainable (that is, not commissioned) cosplays. Since I'm not talented in sewing, and it would be less pricey than a commissioned piece. xD I have a few in mind right now...
Particularly a line of Chobits/Persacom cosplays, as that's the next one I'm planning for myself ;D

    14. Domadoll's are still available: http://domadoll.com/new/index.htm
There's also Soom's tiny centaurs, which you can get second hand.

    15. I would really love to see something that is or resembles Traditional Inuit clothing, such as the fur parkas (example) or the amazing First Nations Pow-Wow dance attires (example). They're so beautiful, I just can't get over all the fantastic colours and feathers. c: I see a lot of old style European and Asian clothing, but other than on Pel and a few others, I haven't really found many intricate First Nations inspired clothing. x__x;;

    16. More males with heel feets and shoes that fit them. It`s hard to loli crossdress your SD Male:|

    17. I don't know what brand your doll is, but can't you just make him wear girl feet with according shoes, maybe with a little modding or sueding to the ankles if it doesn't fit properly onto his legs?

    18. I know. But it is sad there are not more such options for bjd males. Then I mean more companies making heel feets for they`re boys. I have a MNM head on a SDF body. I have plans to get Dollmore Model Doll F feets for him. Hoping it`ll fit because both SDF boy and Model Doll F got 8 cm feets. And both have similar ankle piece for the foot.

And the heel boots I want from Dollmore is 9 cm in lenght. So there is hope. Just sad about companies not caring to make heel feets for males. I give Granado thumbs up for being so though to make it^^

    19. More Victorian clothes, and more shoes for SD16 that aren't open-toed and flowery.

    20. A really good short haired boy wig. Someone clean up on that one.
