  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. lol I don't actually have this problem... I learned fast "never say never".... fate takes that as a direct challenge (and will always win)

      my thing is "I won't do it YET"... and the tug of war is to see how close I can keep my 'time lines' ;p

      Do it now? or Do it later? (now wins a lot of the time... but not always ;p)

    2. When I first got into the hobby, I told myself I'd only get at most 2 MSD-sized dolls since I figured that would the right size for me... Now I have way more than that and of different sizes... orz

    4. I said I would never buy female dolls and I collected strictly male dolls for over four years. Then I got one of my grail dolls, which is a female, and fell in love. Never say never I guess. :)

    5. One more; Never get a doll taller than 70 cm. With Soom Sphaler feet, this also now goes overboard...ah well, but I am pretty sure I can keep the "no doll smaller than 30 cm"...

    6. I told myself one thing when I started buying dolls: I cannot own more than seven dolls, because I do not want to be one of "those" crazy doll people.
      It's only been a year, but between my own buying and gifts from my family (I was very fortunate this year!) I now have thirteen BJDs (and doesn't that include floating heads!). What I learned is that "those" doll people was just a misconception. I'm proud of my collection, and I wouldn't get rid of a single doll.

    7. I said I'd never get Soom'd. Sure, I adore a lot of their sculpts, but none of them really "clicked" with me...that is, until I stumbled upon a handsome cream white Arkose in the Marketplace! Now, his layaway's all paid off, and he'll be on his way home soon! :D

    9. Avoid SD dolls. I first when larger than a MSD with a 74cm boy and he was too large and I sold him. Now I've been sucked back in and I'm waiting on a boy in the true SD size range.

    10. When I owned a Soom Faery Legend Asis, I loved her, but found her too small and very difficult to find clothing and such for. So when I sold her to a friend I was sure I wouldn't buy a mature doll so tiny again. And then Soom released the black skinned rainbow faery. And I didn't even really hesitate. It's like they made a doll for me, I have a thing for rainbows and I usually pair them with black and to top that off, she looks just like a roleplay character I've had in my head for ages. So yes, I'll have a mature tiny again. :P

    16. I said I'd never get an SD doll. I now have two. Well... more like I bought one several years ago and he demanded a girlfriend since he was lonely.

      I said I'd never get a tiny. I now own four, one Puki and three YOSDs. The puki was a gift several years ago but I really have no excuse for the YOSDs.

      I said I wasn't going to buy any dolls last year. See: 3 YOSDs. It's all Luts' fault... they need to stop making such darn cute molds!

      Yeah... I need to stop saying stuff. 'Cause I always seem to be wrong...

    18. Said I'd never get any other dolls. Just the one I wanted. Now, I don't have that one anymore, and I have a few dolls I never thought I'd own! XD
      I also said I'd never get floating heads. Somehow, this year alone I've accumulated four of them (three MSD and one SD).
      I also said I'd only ever own tinies. I now have two tinies, a YoSD, a MSD, and a SD.

      My mind is constantly changing in this hobby. xD

    19. I promised I'd only have the two MSDs and now another one is on his way.I also said I wouldn't spend over 600 on another doll. What ya gonna do when your final grail is a LE10 and there is only 2 left. Yeesh.
