1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Tiniest Tiny?

Jan 28, 2007

    1. Just checked my tiny girl, and yes, she does have a screw in the back of her head. I think I got her almost 2 years ago now. She's the one wearing the white dress with the pink/red hearts. She's a tiny little thing, I can't imagine changing out those ittybitty eyes. :)

    2. Wow you have alot of great dolls.

I pulled out my kishlet clothes, still have a few of those dolls around, although I have never played with them, not crazy about the cloth bodies. Prefer my resin kids.

      Hugs

    3. Mary Lee , if ever you decide to part with one of your Kishlets
      please lmk

Ive been after one ever since I saw the photo of the little tiny here
      I NEEEEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD one

      ...LOL

    4. Man, I love Kishlet clothing for my Lilica. Fits really well :)

Kishlets are very "dolly" looking....if you're not set on a BJD, maybe that would work for your doll's dolly?

Carrie, there were about a half-dozen Kishelets up on eBay just yesterday when I was looking at clothing.

    5. Some other inexpensive dolls that work well as a doll for a doll...

Holly Hobbie & Friends Clubhouse Girls - these are 4.5-inch posable dolls with real hair and clothes - maybe they are discontinued? They are cute modern preteens. Here they are on Ebay:

There also was a jointed Polly Pocket - was bigger than the usual Polly Pocket and sold in a set with a bike or an ice cream cart? She has plastic hair and clothes, and visible joints.

Im celebrateing him getting a job by going spend crazy LOL
and I know I have an exhibition the end of this month ..and one next

      must do more work LOL

    7. LOL, didn't mean to surprise you <G> I don't get why shipping ot the UK is so bad, it seems it wasn't that heinous when I sent stuff to Valli, though it wasn't EMS or Priority. I think some vendors throw in an "I don't wanna" tax. If you ever see anything you want and they won't ship to you, let me know and I'll go-between.

Wow, you have more dollies coming than I do at the moment...I think that's a first!

    8. In case anyone is interested, I decided to put my Konji doll up for adoption. She's in the Marketplace/Accessories forum. :)

    9. Oh gosh, I have 4 of them. I have each Bitty Bethany that was produced in 2006? (can't recall which year they came out) and a single I paid $40.00 for.

I can ship as a gift if you want any or all of them. They are so tiny.

Let me know, glad to help you with your doll addiction <g> ha ha

And I know you would do the same for me!!

      Hugs
      Mary-Lee
