Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. Trouble picking a doll

    1. I tried making one of my characters (that has existed since I was in middle school!) into a doll. But it was a hard process, one I ended up giving up on. I may try again later, but for now I've given up on it. It's really just 2 things that are the problem for me: finding the right head and finding the right wig. The last part may sound weird to some, but this character is a redhead. There's far less red wig options out there than pretty much any other color, and when I do find a red wig it's either the wrong shade of red, it's the wrong size for the type of head I'd buy it for, and/or it's the wrong length. She has really long hair, and LONG red wigs are even tougher to find than red wigs generically.

      I've never tried making my own wig and probably wouldn't ever do so. I think I'd do a terrible job at it.

      Anyway, yeah. That was my story of having trouble picking a doll.

    2. I just ordered my first doll! And yeees, I struggeled finding the perfect first doll! I looked up so many companies and loves so many sculps. Now, after 1/2 year I have a huge doll wishlist!
