1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Trouble with Delf - Standing?

Dec 11, 2006

    1. Both of my big CP Delf girls have the infamous "kicky" legs, but they WILL stand if I fuss with them a bit (they both have the "old style" bodies). I prefer not to restring, so I just live with this intrinsic quirk. On the plus side they both otherwise pose very well, sitting nicely, their heads and arms hold poses fine, and they have very expressive and graceful hands. They're both such pretty girls, that I forgive them their kickiness (while still grumbling some when they refuse to cooperate and stand properly). :) My Kid Delf girl stands and sits GREAT (I think the KD's have locking knees?) and holds all poses very, very well. All in all, I love my CP gals! :aheartbea

    2. My Delf El has the new body type, and serious kicky legs o_o But with a bit of patience I can get him to stand in a minute or two, and he isn't wired or sueded yet. Don't worry too much, from what I hear CP dolls are pretty poseable.

    3. My new lish (type two body) has terrible crazy legs @_@ I haven't been able to make her stand once!
I plan on restringing her... as soon as I figure out how to detach the hook from the neck piece ^^; but until then, she's going to be sitting for a while
