Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. I get what you're saying @americanseamstress :3nodding: i have in mind a very basic stylization for De'ath special skull head, but i think i will focus on the back head, to be very honest i've found so strange that nothing was sculpted onto the head cape :huh?: but in the end that leaves more space for personal needs or stylization :thumbup

      The lack of detail on the head cap is a bit disappointing. I have sculpted a Milliput brain on top of the empty space because it seemed more cohesive with the skull front for Petra.

      But I guess someone else might want to paint an android/robotic brain.

      I look forward to seeing what you do with the head!

      I have a question, what size eyes does De'Ath wear?

      I hope the ebay shop will open soon...I just finished paying off a doll so I'm now ready to finally order my De'Ath~

    14. I feel a bit hesitant about buying from the taobao shop, to be honest. I've shopped around a lot on taobao using agents but never for a full doll. I think I would feel better being able to communicate directly with the company about my order, so I don't mind waiting for the ebay shop to open.

    15. Yeah, I had originally purchased the eyes for another doll and was surprised about the size too. :lol:

      Also, if communication is a concern on orders, Stacy's Pink Ocean sells Universe Doll and is super duper helpful. :3nodding:

      I'll add my two cents as well. I've purchased from Legend Doll (the dealer, not Doll Legend the company), WoodForestDoll the joint AngoDoll/MusenMusen Etsy store, via MusenMusen's rep here on DOA LuLucien (also on Instagram), and the UniverseDoll Taobao shop and was very pleased with my experiences each time.

      Taobao was the fastest with Lucien Carr was second. All interactions were fine communication wise, but I actually find for these smaller companies that do not employ a translator or have someone who 100% understands English (to be fair, I know exactly 0% Mandarin) I've actually had better luck with Taobao + an agent and felt more certain I was getting what I wanted than directly through the company. The sense of responsibility to you as a buyer, as others have suggested, may be less for the company itself it they're going through an agent, but for me, being understood correctly the first time matters more. I've never been scammed by a company, but I have run into a handful of issues due to a language barrier with my various BJD/fabric/action figure/Pullip/Momoko purchases throughout the years.

      @Lady Ravenswood 10 mm is good yes, i have 8 mm with small iris and it's also looks pretty well. i don't expect that his eyes would be that size actually

    19. For anyone that's waiting on the rabbit head, I saw this post a week or so ago. They also posted this head on Taobao, and I don't think it's Higos, but it has teeth. I think I'm safe for now, but that's definitely my weakness.
