I think we fixed the pressure pot! Everything holds up so far, now comes the real test! I'm going to do a resin batch to see how that goes. If all goes well I'll go onto the more touchy substance- molds~! If that goes well I'm gonna pee my pants

I'll post teasers for the 3rd doll once everything is more symmetrical lol. haa~ I don't mean to kill everyone!! I just want to make sure everyones happy with a variety (ALSO with the release of Gwendolyn I will be opening the ENHANCEMENT shop!! Heads, hands, feet, ears, and wings will be able for sale individually! And with the Mira release the Create Your Own will be released as well )

Kobolds are like boggarts in Celtic myth. Kobolds are Germanic however and can be playful sprites or out and out butt holes. Depends on the human they deal with. Mischievious, good protectors of a home or child when plied with good whole butter, milk and oat cerial but cross them and you'll wish you'd gone to church that day. LOL

but this way it might just be a lil nicer on the wallet for you X3 (Like lets say you LOVE the wings, but aren't much fond of everything else, so you can just get the wings! )
I'm planning on making all my parts available for seperate purchase, like the fawn legs I'll be making (Don't worry, there will only be one set for each line, no sooming it for me lolz) or mermaid tail or anything I'll be making. I know theres hybrids out there (Which I'm personally fine with) I don't know what dolls you can hybrid these with (besides eachother lol) but I like to make that an option ^^

Genuinely love Odette, and if VW releases a male at any point, I will die. I'm having a hard enough time restraining myself from one gorgeous girl, let alone the two that are being worked on!
I adore those hands and ears...and lithe little body /flail. I really need to lock my laptop in a safe and smash up my desktop! Must stay away from the beautiful dolls!

RESIN CASTING IS GREAT

Its getting rather late for noise making so I have to finish up tomorrow instead :'( for mold making it has to stay at a constant pressure. The pressure pot leaks a little, but I configured the compressor to start filling it back up after it reaches a certain point (Also my hand molds are breaking down so I need to remold them as well)

So tomorrow I shall be on another adventure in doll making. Atleast things are working out ok ^^

 

Wow congrats on fixing up that pressure pot!! It'll be exciting to see what you're able to accomplish tomorrow! It must be fun to be so busy with dolly making things ^_^

trrooollllssssss. need horns. yup. trolltrolltroll. (well, at least in my universe, they do, but in recent mainstream movies, trolls are horn-less ) And the animal kingdom is pulm full of a million bazillion kinds of horns. I dunno why doll companies keep releasing the same ol' ram horns. and occasional devil horns.

 

X3 Yea, I have tons of ideas for horns!! (antelope, moose, swirly, kinds that come out from the sides....etc XD) ...some of them though won't be able to be inside her headcap (The magnet would go under the wig...) But horns are in the making X3

 

Oh I didn't realize you were making extra parts that weren't specifically from another doll (ie Gwen's ears and Odette's ears, Gwen's wings and Odette's wings, etc.) That'll be neat if there were all kinds of fantasy parts available once you're finished!

I got some little nubbin horns for a project of mine at Camellia Dynasty--I don't know if you've seen their stuff but they are kind of neat! They come with magnets as well as tiny little hair clips so that you can magnet them inside a wig or just hairclip them:

They have a lot of gorgeous options for feathery wings as well (though the wings are all tiny sized) and really cute anime style cats that I guess sit on the doll's head? Anyways, it's a good example of a collection of fantasy resin accessories and parts

 

^^ I want a ton of extra fantasy items that can go with my dolls (and other companies as well :3) but most of them will be from other fullsets

Aww!! I've seen their items around DoA but I had no clue where they came from I LOVE THOSE WINGS!! Hopefully I have patience to be able to do feathers.....*Is worried about symmetry* I don't know if that company sculpts them by hand but I do know some companies use computers to laser sculpt items (And flip them and print those out too)
