I logged in over 10 minutes before it started, refreshed for a while; the minute it changed from "Read More" to "To Order" I clicked, got the checkbox list (thought to myself, okay, a lottery is fair), then got nothing but 404 errors. Now that damn message

How can they not be taking orders for A LOTTERY!?

 

i got really upset cuz yeah, what is the point of putting up a new date to preorder the dolls if they are not going to have Liz. I just sent an email to tell how disappointed I am to IMOS.

 

I got a message saying

"We are very sorry, but you have made an advance order previously and so cannot make an advance order for the moment."

What's that all about? I've never order one

 

you know, i don't think she is available to order on this date and was only available to those who got her on the 21st, i tried Heath and he is ok to order.

 

Maybe there's a lot of Heath left over?

 

I give up with them. I love their dolls, I really do. And from what I've read of them, they're wonderful people. But this process has even my husband, who by all account doesn't care one whit about dolls, disgusted.

 

I tried Heath, and I got this dumb message I logged in on 5/25th, but wasn't able to get him....does this mean my name is in the previous list? :cry:

 

i keep on trying to refresh and try Liz again and still the same message so guess they don't have more of her and a few more of Heath. This is ridiculous. I give up, wasted my whole day of planning to go out to wait for this and couldn't even get her.

 

Heath is still available i just tried him and Liz and got him, but i only wanted liz.

 

I ordered Suzuna and all went very smooth.. I'm so happy!!

 

She must have been available. Why else put her on the list of available items and add the "to order" option to her page?

 

i refresed and when I see order, i ordered right away then got the 404 server down message a few times and then the message that they can't process. so maybe there were only 1-2 liz left. who knows, but i don't like this at all, why not do the lottery like they did last time.

Why not do the lottery like their own page says? I mean, you literally have to click "Enter the lottery." How the heck could they have run out in under a minute, BEFORE 10am Tokyo time I might add. Way to go Volks
