D&H won't know how many dolls Volks have given them for a while, apparently. People have posted a bit of info about that in the D&H order thread here in News.

I was just there, tried for both Heath and Liz , together and then by themselves and they didnt have either, either way so I Guess I am going to have to rely on D&H .
Sorry if this is a stupid question or been asked before, but if you have a reservation/lottery number, how long before they let people know if they have won or not? It just says they will send you an E-mail, but that could be in a few hours, or days, or weeks?
you get an email right away. then they will send you another email and tell you to make payment. if you don't make payment within a timeframe, the order automatically cancel.
Yeah, I got that first E-mail, just not the second one about the payment. Maybe I didn't win? Or maybe they will send it in a day or two? It's very ambiguous.
I think in a few days cuz in the email they said when the items are ready they will send an email for you to make payment. Even though they call this a lottery it's not a lottery like last time, it is a first come basis so you are guaranteed to get the doll if they send you an email confirmation.
I login 10 minutes before 6pm pacific time and when I saw the order now, gave me the 404 error message 4 times and then the message that they are not taking order anymore. And I keep trying it until 730pm and finally gave up. A few people posted here had the same problem too. Now I'm just hoping I'm on the Doll & Hobby list near the top to get a chance to buy Liz or turn to the 2nd market. So unfair
