Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I got an email to pay for Heath, but when I went to check out, I got a message that said something like "I could not deal with visitors credit card now"

      Has anyone else seen this message? I'm not sure if I should try again or wait.

    2. Your credit card company is not authorising the transaction. Call them up and tell them that you are the one transacting. It happened to me twice before.

    4. I want to try for a dress and a pair of V-jeans, but that thing about one "One entry per products and per customer" and "Only ONE purchase on this page per customer" has me worried - do I have to choose?

      It starts in like, an hour - if anyone knows, please reply :oops:

    5. Most people think that meant only one of the same item. They're probably trying to keep people from ordering more than one each of the limited dolls. I can't be sure, though!

    6. I'm wondering about that too.

      My guess would be that you can choose only one item from the pages they called the "shopping at special pages", and since the vjeans are marked as "shopping at regular pages" you can probably choose more than one jean type as usual.

    20. I got to the first page of the order process, and then when I clicked "to the next step" it crashed. I still have the first page up... I am afraid to close it... What do you think the chances are that the contents of my cart will still be in stock once it comes on-line again? Good, do you think? :lol: he he....
