It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. I'm so sad.... I managed to get Liz into the shopping cart, but then i couldn't pay! :cry: :cry: :cry: She was sold in 1 sec, I was refreshing, saw her "there is a little left" , clicked, got her into the shopping cart, and then I simply couldn't pay. kept getting error messages....

      I guess it was not meant to be :cry:

    3. Oh no :( How terrible! Hopefully you can find her again soon and get her most definitely! I wasn't going to buy but I went to at least check it out and the entire site crashed on me.

    7. Ok so if its in your shopping cart, maybe it still is? I had Heath in there, but got the dread server error as I hit the pay button too. I haven't closed out of the browser, so I'm hoping my cart is still intact somewhere on Volks system. Or am I just grasping at straws?

    8. They should improve the capacity of their server. I had Arashi in my shopping cart then :barf nothing worked anymore.

    9. I haven't clicked pay or anything, and my shopping cart page is still open. I figured there was no way in hell I was going to close that page until the site stablizes.

    13. I think it doesn't matter, as long as you haven't paid and the doll is sold out, it is sold out. Even if you had it in the shopping cart. I had that experience when buying Isao V.1

    14. But how can that be? For all they know, I could still be browsing around the site before making my final purchase. The cart is still open, I haven't closed the page or anything. When I first put the stuff in the cart, I tried re-opening it to double check and i got a bunch of error messages. When it finally opened the page, my cart was still intact. They encourage you to purchase a lot in the same time, so how can the take something if you haven't even had the chance to pay? *_*

    15. I was in there for one hour. I kept clicking "to order" then, the second page comes up. But at the bottom there was some in red saying that I can't order the doll at this time...I closed and clicked "to order" but the same thing came up. I hit refresh and now I can't even get in :crushed

    18. I think it says that before the sale starts... I had that too, I kept hitting refresh until I finally got the page that said there is a little bit left over.

      Now I want to pay for that little bit, dammit, and I can't. I was trying to order some glasses when it crashed. :cry:

    20. Yeah, I think there was even a definate thing on the pages for DP11 saying that having it in your cart did not confirm an order - it's only after payment that it's taken out of the pool... It didn't say that this time, but they're probably working on the same basis. Good part is (well, sort of. In a warped way), I think the whole site has now collapsed, so nobody else is going to be able to get their orders through either... :daisy I guess the only thing to do is wait...
