    1. :) Hallo, I was wondering if anyone had any photos of a volks yukino(image character) head on a Mini Dollfie Dream body, because I am gettin a Yukino head but I am unsure on which body to get her with, I have seen her on DD/DDdy body's, but I would like to see her on a MDD preferably stood up so I can get a good idea of what she looks like Thank you

    3. You will need to remove the bit from the foot somehow and glue the peices together with impact adhesive (the type you mix together to make it set). Superglue might not be strong enough. You'll also need to be careful not to glue the rotating parts. Fiddly. Good luck!

    4. Hi, I have question. Its difficult to attach head from other company(resin head) to MDD body? How is it done. I like body, but MDD heads looks too big for my taste.

      As all the white skin mdds are limited edition models that were out a long while ago, i'd like to ask if it's possible to dye the mdd to white?

    6. SQ Labs do resin heads, but they are the same size and might not be what you want. You'd have to make the neck opening in another brand of head smaller somehow.

    8. SQ Lab heads are a bit smaller than normal DD heads, enough so that you can use a smaller size of wigs on them. They're not a huge difference, but maybe 10-15% smaller. SQ Lab heads are based on normal Volks DD heads. The maker modifies normal heads and then makes resin copies of them, and resin copies always come out smaller than the originals because the resin shrinks as it dries.

      The one we have went on just like a normal DD head. From what I hear, sometimes the hole in the head is too big and you have to use something inside the head to keep it from sliding off, but other than that it's not a problem.

Does anyone know of any place where I could find a soft small bust? :D~ I've seen about a billion soft large busts, and I'm not even sure if there's enough room in those little boobies for the soft padding, but if that's something I could get I'd love it for my darling. (Haha this makes me sound like such a freak...)

    10. SQ-labs is making some soft MDD busts, but only for the L-bust I'm afraid. And don't worry, it doesn't make you sound like a freak. Soft parts are cuddly, and MDD look so cuddly anyway who WOULDN'T want them to have a soft bust?

      Also, as I've managed to win the pre-painted 06 head (yay!), does anyone know if there's more news on an MDD II body? Rumors? Anything? I'd hate to buy one and then have them be announced immediately.

    14. I think the proportions work really well. The default smiling expression I think suits the smaller body too.

      I just got my DDH06 this week finally got to put eyes and wig. Decided to name her Chambord.
      I'm liking this head on this body size. Sadly she's using early body with weak knee issue.

    16. lauramann2000: The DDH06 head by the neck and chin and is a bit slimmer and less "melon head" than the DDH06. I think she comes across as later teen that the DDH04 which comes across as a pre-teen on this body. I was plesantly surprised that she shipped wit the softer headcap. Her eye whole is a bit bigger than it looks. These are 22cm Volks recommends 24cm.

      The new softer headcap was firmer than the Volks picture lead me to think but soft enough to easily remove and put on.
