Besides the Volks store, what are your favourite online stores that sell anime eyes for mini dolfie dream?

Do Azone clothes fit the moch ashi body?

It depends on the size & style of the Azone outfit. I've put 45cm Azone dresses on my MDD Mochi Ashi girl with no trouble.

 

Well, I’ve decided to enter the latest Volks clothing lottery, my first ever. I just love the Ranchu Goldfish dress set. If I win, yay, if not, that’s ok too.

Just wanted to poke in and let everyone know, MDD and MDD Mochi Ashi base bodies are being discontinued. MDDベースボディ生産終了のお知らせ | ボークス公式 ドルフィー総合サイト | 株式会社ボークス
It's fairly likely they'll be redoing the shells (I hope...) as MDD is incredibly popular in Japan (and everywhere else of course)

 

Super surprised about the MDD discontinuation. The responses to the announcement tweet seem to feel the same as well. I imagine they're making a new body. Crossing fingers for double jointed if they do.

As a heads up in case anyone has been meaning to get a body and can pay in USD, with the current exchange rate they're not as expensive as usual. That is, if you can get Volks JP to load.

 

I'm really curious if they're just gonna update the frame or the outer shell too. Never had any problems with my f3 frame myself but maybe too many complaints about loose mochi ashi legs came in.

Since they just announced Yor, I really wonder if they are gonna reboot the size with Anya from Spy x Family.

 

Honestly was wondering this too, since I was surprised Anya wasn't first either. In that context the decision makes sense but I wish the wording on it wasn't quite so sudden/harsh (? if that's the word).

I was planning to get some spare legs for wearing some staining outfits I have but now I'm thinking to wait and possibly just have new bodies completely...

 

Stopped by to share my new girl. I am very excited about her. She doesn't have a name yet but she has a mochi ashi body and a ddh10 and the larger hands. Below, in a spoiler, she poses with Mia who has the regular mdd body and is a ddh22 and has the smaller hands.

Does anyone know how to deal with floppy hip joint? One leg keeps just falling down when I try to sit my MDD.

 

Is it an f-3 body? If it is it’s likely not seated properly, there’s a little notch that needs to match up for it to go in.

It’s worth mentioning that the notch in the torso doesn’t move, so you just need to rotate the thigh piece so that the gap in the joint is facing towards you like this:

I find doing this makes it much easier to get the joint in.

 

First time dropping by this thread! Here are two of my MDD girls, on the left is Kokomi, a DDH-22 head on a mochiashi body and to the right is Rin, a DDH-28 head on the regular MDD body.



I have a floating DDH-01 head as well that I switch in and out, but I'll share her another time
