Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     8. They lift the charge from your credit card a day or two or maybe the day of the Lottery results. If you've won they will charge you again on a date they announce. Just because you don't have a charge on your card anymore dosn't mean you didn't win;) Keep on checking your order status via the link in the confirmation E-Mail Volks sent you when you placed your lottery order.     13. When you first placed your order, Volks did a preauth. This held the money, but did not charge your card (sorry, I know I'm not explaining it well). Most preauths will automatically go away within 7 days unless they bill you. So if your money is back available on your card, it does not necessarily mean you didnt win, just that the time limit on the preauth has expired.

      Check your order status on the link that Volks sent when you first were confirmed. They said they would explicitly cancel those who didnt win. If your order isnt cancelled, there is still hope that they are just processing.

      Until you have an email letting you know, its probably just speculation.

      I have no email yet and my order is still hanging out waiting, and I'm hitting refresh alot.

      If you didnt win, dont lose heart yet. There is still the AE on the Volks Japan site the end of this month.

    20. me too. i need to leave work now so i can go teach running tonite, but i keep hoping hitting refresh or get mail just one more time will work....
      They are on the west coast so there is a chance they are still working (its 5pm here now). Hopefully they will finish them off instead of waiting until morning!
