It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. Stinkerbell you are right. they wait and see how many orders they get. Do a lottery if needed, then contact you for payment information. Once they do that the doll is yours, but they will wait until they ship it to charge your card.

    9. Did anyone who ordered dolls get any sort of automated response or verification? Or do we just assume they got our email and wait patiently? I can't help but feel anxious :whee:

      Every time I see Chinatsu's cute little outfit I die a little inside. I *really* hope they make them available eventually~~~:aheartbea

    10. I was wondering the same exact thing as Lelei. Were we supposed to get any response to our email so we knew that they got it? I felt so stressed out initially because I wasn't sure if I had done it right (I'm paranoid like that XD)

    18. aoyuki_kitsune, the lottery is only for some items, so maybe not necessarily the girls...? I ordered Nana, but also Chinatsu. I'm sure there's a lottery for Chinatsu, but I haven't heard as many people saying that they're ordering Nana. I would think if you only ordered something that didn't need a lottery that they would send you an invoice instead of making you wait until the 28th... did anyone order just Nana and recieve the same email?

      I love Kira's dress too, I wish Nana came with her's instead. I don't really like the plaid kimono~ :roll: Hopefully I can get someone to trade?

    19. They're making us wait because there is a second Dolpa on the 27th, they won't know what their stock is until it's over, regardless of whether or not the doll sold well at the Nagoya Dolpa.
