Volks fetish? (I hope nobody is offended by this)

I love Blue Fairy and Dream of Doll. I don't have any special like for Volks, although I would like a mini dolfie dream. I love their anime feel!

 

I loveeeeeeeee volks the majority of dollsi will have are from volks but i will have some other types as well ^^. Its everything about them and so many headmolds to choose from squeeeee and i swear to god dollfie dreams are like crack XD

 

Nothing wrong with a Volks fetish! My first doll is a SD10 Megu and she is soooooo beautiful. I still get excited when I look at her and her wig is still perfectly silky after seven years. Although, the rest of the dolls I have planned and on the way are not Volks. Nonetheless, I really love Volks sculpts as they consistently turn out some of the most lovely dolls.

 

I too have many favourite companies but my forever number 1 is Abio Angel, i have to say that their bodies and posability isn't the best but the sculpts have a large potential (?) if you get what i mean ^^;;

But otherwise, DoD and CP are constantly distracting me

 

I...don't think I've looked at ANY of the Volks dolls yet. @_@ I'm so biased.

But I love CP to no end, and they'll feel it soon. xD So will my paypal, however... @_@ I realize now that I need to look into the other doll companies since there are so many of them out there!

 

I've said repeatedly that I don't have a favorite company, but then I look at my doll purchases. Out of six dolls, one is Notdoll, one is Soom, one is a Puki, and then there are three Volks. I have another Volks arriving later this week. I love companies like Notdoll and Soom for their wildly original dolls. I love itty bitty Pukis. But I always seem to go back to Volks, because I prefer the anime-esque facial sculpts, and no one does those like Volks.

 

I fully admit I love Volks sculpts. I find so many of their sculpts charming, from the super simplified anime sculpts to the gorgeous detailed sculpts. Sure, I enjoy dolls from other companies but I have no problem being biased. I love what I love and am glad there's a company out there that makes dolls that I think are great.

 

I have a mixture of dolls from different companies, so don't really have a favourite as such,( it tends to go more on the doll and style I have for it, for example for some reason I find my DIM Belita very versatile for looks, although she not a good poser). I have to say I am quite enchanted by AiL head moulds, they just seem to capture something for me.

 

While I have dolls from many companies, I must admit the Korean dolls are my favorites & my company of obssession is UniDoll.

Then there's CP and Dollshe that I enjoy looking at, but can only see myself own very few if any of them.

 

Definitely, I'm a Volks and Luts obsessee. But most especially, though I like both of these company's dolls about the same amount....I swoon over Volks outfits like crazy. Especially their more Victorian styled sets for MSD. My mortal weakness! *^*

I'm tied between Luts/CP and migidoll lol. I have a kid delf, a minifee, a delf, and a senior delf body from Luts/Fairyland... A Ryu head and soon to have a miho and a jina head from migi... and one random Volks doll thrown in there lol a YoSD

 

I don't own a Crobidoll (yet?) but everything that company makes causes me to squeal like a fangirl. Of all the companies that I admire, this would be the one that I could say I have a fetish for. The reason I don't own one of their dolls yet is actually because I cannot choose, and I feel like if I bring home Yeon-ho I will have to take Lance, Thor, and Marcel as well. I simply won't be able to resist.

LittleSkyLark, if this thread was a problem a mod would've locked it and stated a reason. Since they haven't (and besides this is a relevant and interesting topic), I think Xerass was banned for unrelated reasons.

All three of my BJDs are from Volks and I don't have an interest in any other company currently.
They're expensive but well worth the price, in my opinion.

I would buy every doll made by those two companies- honestly I have no idea why I love them so much! It's the exact same with Musedoll as well, and So Nyeon Gi! There are just a few companies I totally fangirl over
Still, there are even more companies I just like as a general thing, like Luts and Crobidoll. Little Monica is also another like that.

 

Yep. I have a Volks fetish. All of my dolls are Volks. I have 4 SD16 girls and an Sei Tenshi and I plan on ordering another Volks doll within the coming weeks. I prefer their jointing, resin, and sculpt over all other companies I have seen. While I like Volks clothes I seem to be able to find plenty of other clothes that seem to be just as high of quality.

 

I seriously doubt it, though you could always contact a mod if you are curious. But this thread was made in 2004, so it could have been anything really.

I was going to reply but noticed that I had already in 2005! And funny, my reply would be pretty much the same. xD Yes I do love Volks! But not to the exclusion of other companies.

 

I really love the dollzone dolls! especially now that they have double jointed MSD bodies!

 

I like and want a variety of brands, but my wishlist leans heavily toward CP & Fairyland, DoD, and Dollzone's boys. Volks is one of the very few companies I haven't found a single face I liked (for me) from, yet! There are some who are very cute, but they don't inspire "Oooh, WANT!" at all, just "Cute!" Their faces so far just don't speak to me, for which my wallet is thankful.

Their clothes are really nice, though!
