  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Hating myself a little on the inside for wanting him, but so totally seeing what I can live without in order to afford him. If he just had those donkey elf ears I could pass on him, but throwing in the regular ears...

      I'm glad there's interest in his clothing, it's definitely not something I would ever use and if I do manage to snag him, it's going up for sale.

    2. I know that, but it worked the same for Masha and quite some people got help for her, so I figured I might as well try, expecially considering this beauty isn't nearly as popular as Masha. I know the chance of anyone helping out is slim, but I just have to try it ^_^ And if no one will be able to help, there's always the second hand market/scalpers..I'll get him some way :3

      He still looks orange in their photos, but there's a nice big closeup that shows off his gorgeous lower lashes. :aheartbea
      I'm really looking forward to seeing him in person at Dolpa, and am nervous about whether or not I'll get a chance to buy him! I do wish we'd find out just how limited he's going to be. :sweat

    7. Yeah..he definately doesn't look ebony to me...unless...that tone is the one they'll use for boy dolls, and only the girls will be actually black. Which I can sorta understand...seeing as Ruby's features...are...well... a fashion doll's typical black woman mold...where as Irvin still looks...European/uncertain background...he might look even more odd being as dark as she was.

    12. Irvin's an interesting boy. I initially dismissed him, but upon seeing him in person I knew there was something special there, but I couldn't put my finger on it... nor could I figure out what exactly about him was throwing me (and others) off. Was it the lighting? The clothing? The wig?

      Then, I held Eron up next to him, took a picture... and decided to put my name in for him.

      So, yeah. He's gonna be my first 13 boy. After 4 years of being a doll owner, I'm finally getting a big boy, the kind I'd planned to get from the beginning. It's funny how I never get the ones I think I'll get. I wonder how we'll get along, if the "OMG THIS IS THE DOLL YOU WANTED" doll will come out next Dolpa or something...

      Time will tell.

    13. Just to throw it out there, if anyone hears anything from Pat could they post what they learn? I've emailed once about a week after Dolpa about Irvin... I know she has been away at other events and am gettin' antsy!

    14. I had posted this in the News/chat Dolpa 3 thread on June 21:

      I had called FDQ on Thursday (June 19) since there was no activity for Irvin on my CC yet. The taped message from Pat was that "the FDQ offices were closed this week (my words until Monday June 23rd) since they are at another event"....and also...."if you are calling about Irvin....will work on confirmations next week (my words starting Monday June 23rd)"....or something like that.

      So I guess we will all hear something starting today or tomorrow.

    15. Heads up for those who ordered Irvin at NYC Dolpa 3! :D

      I called FDQ late Tuesday and got through. The lady said she was working on manually putting through the Irvin orders. So checked my CC when I got home and it looks like my $100.00 deposit is going through. :) She said we would get receipts by email....but I probably won't....my CS.com doesn't seem to like FDQ stuff.
