Volks NY Dolpa 2 - SD Masha

If your Mashas are in fact lost I would have Pat contact Volks. UPS lost my Kurumi for a long period of time and during that time VolksUSA said they may be able to get another one from Japan if she never showed up. I think Volks carries extra stock of their Dolpa dolls. I'm not sure about Masha since it was a deal between Volks and FDQ but doesn't hurt to try.

On a side note I've had tons of problems with UPS and BJDs and I wish USPS would be used instead.

 

thank you all who have been wishing me the best in my Mahsa Drama...as for My Masha...she will not come to me sadly...as Pat says there is nothing she can do for me but refund me my money ...I'm so incredibly upset over this whole thing...I hope I never have to work with FDQ ever again over a limited as it is not worth this kind of stress...as their serious lack of communication skills has caused me my loss and they will not do anything but hand me my money back...even though this doll cost me ch more than what I paid...not only cause I Placed it on a pretty high apr old credit card of mine...but the time I invested waiting on her and the heartache that it cause as well -.-;

Wow, I can't even believe that.... there must be a way for them to track her or find her. I'm so sorry that this has happened to you! I hope that there ends up being a better resolution for you than a refund.

 

Ups delivered her to my house as they've claimed...but I had a hold mail on all mail that I knew was coming in as I was out of town for almost a week...and my next door neighbor is selling their house so I have no idea how many people may have been near or around my house...I did not know my Masha was on her way to me as I would have contacted ups and done a hold mail on her just as I did for my other mail...as that's what I always do when I go out of town...

this has all made me so upset...as I just wanted Masha to make it safely to me and nothing more...thank you for your sympathy Michelle...I think I may try what Kellyhime suggested and try to contact Volks Directly and explain my very lengthy drama and see if they can help me as FDQ seems very unwilling to help me at all as they have offered no alternative other than a refund after a police report is filed...and I've asked several times if there was anyway for my to just get the doll as I don't want a refund...I just want the doll O.O

From what I've gathered as a possibility the package was most likely accidentally left at the wrong house...or possibly she may have made it to my house and as my neighbor is selling his house...some random person may have been checking out neighboring houses and saw her at the front door...I'm praying that is not what happened as that is just horrible and despicable...I'm hoping that maybe if I contact Volks directly they will be able to help me bring my masha home O.O

 

Maybe one of your neighbors took her in for you if if they knew you'd be away? Do you have a friend near by who can canvass the local houses and see if she ended up there?

I wish...but I just moved to the area and haven't really made friends with my neighbors as they both are selling there houses right now....

as for my Masha status update...I do not have my Masha and it's looking like I will never get my girl...as I have filed a police report and sent all the info to FDQ and I'm now awaiting a response from Pat to see what she plans to do about this whole situation.

I plan to contact Volks as FDQ/Pat has no intention of sending me a Masha nor do they plan to contact volks to make another or see if they have any display models...so I will contact them and see if they do ...only problem is I've never contacted Tenshi no sato...does anyone here know how to contact them directly??? as soon as I find out how too I'm going to contact them.

and if the answer is no...which I'm hoping it won't be no, I guess I'll make a post in the Market place thread and see if anyone is willing to sell there masha to me for the price we all originally paid...I know I know I dream and hope big ^^; but hey there may be someone...

I'll update everyone when i hear from Pat, thanks to all that have wished me well in bringing my Masha home. *Hugs*

I decided not to wait for a response from pat...I went ahead and emailed volks at the email that was given to me and sent it off just now...I'm hoping for the best...and I'll keep everyone here hoping that this will turn out right updated as soon as I get a response.

well this makes me a bit sad that Volks can't help me directly...and I've already sent them an email so alls I can do is wait until Volks contacts FDQ to see what can be done. again I'm hoping for the best....

 

LadySaiyuki, I have my fingers crossed for you. I've seen Masha pop up on eBay, but they all ended at 1500+
I'll keep looking though - I'm sure you have a lot of members looking out for you as well!

I"m so incredibly disappointed to say...but Masha will not come home to me...I have not received any response from Volks in Japan...I sent them an email 4 days ago...but I'm sure that they're busy with there dolpa doll releases for the US and after event that happened this morning for us on the east coast of the US.

but I have gotten a short response from Pat: basically repeating the fact that there are no more Masha's and there will not be more...here's your refund...according to pat the refund was issued 3 days ago...but according to the Credit card that I just paid off (it's the one that Masha was charged too...no transactions other than my payments have happened since my trip to New York where I purchased Masha)...so I have no idea what's up with that. I'm just so upset and I don't even know what to think right now...I'm more upset than I'd ever thought I'd be over this...

I don't think I could ever take this kind of disappointment again and I'm so upset at the thought this could happen again that I don't know if I ever want to purchase another doll from FDQ as they Obviously don't care about what they put me through, nor did they even attempt to contact volks to see if they'd make another ... I pray to GOD that all future FDQ releases don't interest me at all...

but FDQ has no Problems when it came to contacting and pleading with Volks to make 5 more cause they "accidentally" over sold by 5 Masha's...but they wouldn't even consider doing that for someone who only won a single masha and who rightfully waited and paid for her....

I'd like to thank everyone who was so sweet to me and supported and rooted for me trying to get My Masha to come home...I'm sure it would have been far harder on me if I didn't have so many friends supporting me on this.

Volks Japan takes quite a while to answer emails, so they could still email you...

I hope that you can bring your Myrtle home somehow.

 

For whatever reason i cannot find Masha's measurements for the circumference of her head... X(

I was hoping maybe someone that posted on this thread who got a hold of her would be able to tell me. I would be really grateful

 

I'll measure her head for you. I can tell you right off the bat, she has a big head.
