It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Am just posted in news that FDQ will start billing for Masha this week. Week of June 25th. So she should be shipping soon I hope.

      Also there's info on how to email any credit card changes

    3. I got an email earlier this afternoon, and my card shows the charge as well. However, Pat never answered my emails about changing the shipping address, so I'm not really sure what's going on. x_x

      Victoria (Masha) won't have far to travel to get home to me - I could pick her up in NYC with about a two-hour round trip!

    8. Nope! In reality, I expect to find out that my girl has shipped when I come home one day and trip over a big ol' box on the way into the house!

      (My UPS guy never so much as rings the doorbell, just drops and runs. The USPS guy never rings the bell either, just drops that little orange "We're sorry we missed you" slip - and runs!!)

    13. Am just posted there will be a shipping delay on Masha they accidentally took more orders than there were dolls so rather than disappoint anyone they worked it out with volks there will be 80 Mashas but shipping will be delayed til July 25th

    17. OKay, another dumb question being brought to you by me...Does anyone know what kind of feet Masha has? She is wearing high heeled shoes, are her feet high heeled as well?

    18. None of the paperwork/order forms, or anything I have says about her feet.
      The descriptions only say "Body Type: Super Dollfie Girl Body"

      I would guess she has regular SD feet or it would have said otherwise somewhere. Of course....I could be wrong....LOL.

    19. My guess is she has normal feet too. There hasn't been a pureskin LE with high heel feet since Western Madoka. Luna also came with high heeled shoes that work with SD feet.

    20. I zoomed in and read the description on the display from dolpa NY2
      it only says super dollfie girl body pure skin white uv protection no mention of high heeled feet. The joys of high resolution photos
