Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. That doesnt affend me at all (i cant stand smoke) @_@ my mom smokes but i refuse to let her do it in my apartment..The only time he's ever exposed to smoke is when I have him with me in my mom's car on the way to a meet or a friend's house..and I try to cover him up with his blanket or something if she DOES insist on lighting up.

    2. Bunnychan, When I got my Micheal's body, I had noticed that it had these strange yellowed areas, at first I emailed the seller asking if anything had been spilled on the body but no....

      It was really noticeable, so I lightly sanded the area, and scrubbed the yellowed parts with "Mr.Clean Magic eraser" and "Arm&hammer" Extra whitening Tooth paste.

      I had to leave a layer of tooth paste on him overnight for a few days but the yellowing faded with treatment, now it's barly noticable.

      I get parnoid, So I'm gonna give him a another scrub-down with the toothpaste again tonight.

    3. I remember that (I was the seller ^^). It was weird, because the body had been kept in the box in my closet. I'm glad you were able to get it cleared up.

      Maybe it's just a freak batch of resin? I have Volks dolls (non-coated, non-UV protected) that are out in some sort of light 24/7 that haven't had any ill effects. My Tsubaki actually sat on my windowsill for weeks at a time and he's no more yellow than my Syo (I've had them the same amount of time.) And my Syo's hardly yellowed in the 3 years I've had him.
