@yin801122 Yup they are. Heck you can put them on SD10 too (when NS/WS) though I thought my Coco looked a little funny with such large hands. It's just SD16 girls that need the ball and can't use them.

I've been putting my Ernest in popo68/SD17 size clothes. The sd13 size stuff I've bought from Bears has also fit my boy, but a lot of what I've bought from them has been loose fitting, so I can't say how more tight fitting clothes might work.

 

@Cloudedmind I'm always looking for well tailored things like Freedom Teller suits in smaller sizes, but it seems like 65cm is usually the smallest boy size. Makers like Untitled 11 or Melody C have cute things that are also made in a SDGr girls size that could maybe work, but they tend to end up looking too juvenile/casual on him because of the oversized cut.

 

Yes sadly Freedom Teller stopped doing suits for 62cm boys. Luckily I managed to get some for my SD10 girls just before they were discontinued. The fit isn't ideal (for girls not boys) but it works well enough.
But maybe you can find some Freedom Teller stuff for 62cm secondhand.

 

Volks released the British Style Suit a year or so back and it seems to have been tailored specifically to the SDGrB body. I don't know how well it does on the SD13 Renewal, but it fits the old SD13 pretty well too. Maybe that would work?

But yeah, the move towards taller guys has left the smaller ones out in the cold. Shoes are my personal problem ever since Volks decided that 'fits SDGrB' means 'this pair of SD17 rowboats can technically be placed on their feet'. Thank goodness I had these old Ajumapama loafers sitting around.

 

@St. James Ugh yeah, the one suit I have in that size I got from FT before they stopped making that size.
Kami Zone does suits, but they've also stopped making a lot of the items you could get in SD13 size. They still have a few items, but they're just individual pieces that are more casual suit wear. https://k-a-m-izone.taobao.com/

@Gallye I did consider that suit, but it's so clunky and boring. I'm after spring pastels and sheer floral prints, which finally seems to be trending for boy BJDs but only huge or tiny ones.

@St. James Forgot to mention that I did buy one of those spring outfits from Melody C. I bought the shorts and shirt (and I'm debating on adding the jacket) for my F31 on the old SD13 body, but I can try it on my Revival body as well once I get them 2 months or so from now. The site claims the clothes fit both SD13 and SD17, but we shall see. The other outfit I have from them is loose fitting and the pants have elastic so it's more size forgiving.

And thank you for letting me know about Untitled 11. (*bookmarks* Because heaven knows I need more doll clothes. XD)

 

I didn't catch on that dressmaker are releasing less fitted clothes for SD13/SDGr boys!

Does Sadol still make fitted suits for boys? I've been meaning to buy one plum colored suit they've had in stock for years. Sadly, I remember they used to release different styles regularly.

 

They did rerelease some of their classic suits. All mostly period/formal or collegiate. I like some of the shirts, but I am insufferably picky about dress shirts and it drives me up the wall that everyone buttons the cuffs backwards instead of inserting a proper cuff placket so they can button correctly.

I'm probably going to have a try at Max... My luck with lottery dolls is notoriously bad, though, so my odds of getting him are slim at best.

 

@ Brightfires I'm in the same boat but made the mistake of liking Regulus more. I normally consider myself unlucky but I did manage to win my Lorina so there's that. Though I keep feeling that was due to the negative press from her first release-she's a JUNICHI NAKAHARA release with the white blouse and red skirt.

I'll be entering for Regulus too, he's the first Volks doll or doll in general I've really fallen for in a long while, he's perfect.
I wish I could just order him outright but it feels like I'm going to have to be lucky to get him. After the year I've had I need the luck on my side. I just sold a doll for a particular character of mine so I think he'll shell him even better than the last.

Yeah, I'll be entering for Regulus and Max if you can enter for both...or just Regulus if you can only enter for 1. Mind you, I did like Max a whole lot better once I saw the Youtube 360 degree, so it's going to be difficult to choose...

 

You are so lucky I don't know how to enter the lottery, not that I'd ever win...... All the dolls are gorgeous. I think if I knew how to enter I'd go for Regulus. I have Shadow Shiro Tachibana (SD-17), and I love his resin color.

@Alice80 There also shouldn’t be any reason you can’t enter for both, they’re both two different releases after all. It just means if you win both you do have to pay for both of them, you can’t only choose to pay for one.
