Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. My family now looks at me with warm eyes - plus a tinge of pity in their glance that I purposely choose to ignore. :lol: I happily announce that I'll be 'winning' no matter what. Either I get the doll I really, really want or I get to save my money (-cough- for the next doll I really, really want -cough-).

    2. Good grief, Regulus is up on on Y!J as well for way too much. Here's hoping I get lucky. I sort of wish I'd purchased him from a shopping service from the Dolpa-would have been more expensive but guaranteed. But I do like purchasing direct from Volks whenever I can. Cause then I have more funds for the optional hands.:wiggle And if it doesn't happen guess it was meant to be.

    4. There’s 10 Regulus on there now. Some are asking in the $1700-2k range but lots are $1550-1650 which isn’t terrible considering the US lottery cost is $1350. Shipping will be costly though.

      This might just be the scalpers but seeing as the 2 earlier haven’t gotten snapped up either it might be a good sign in terms of interest in him. Many might just be waiting for the lottery results so who knows exactly. But if it continues like this there seems to be a good chance to get him on the aftermarket.

    5. It shouldn’t be a surprise at this point to see brand new dolls being resold at a markup, but it’s still disappointing. I’m hoping that Volks prepared more than enough to avoid a frenzy after the lottery that makes the after market prices skyrocket.

    6. Did Volks send out emails for the lottery?
      They were sending emails for if you won and if you didn't.
      In the purchase history if it says under arrangement preparing to ship does that mean you won?

    7. The results go out from the 17th according to their website. ‘Under arrangement’ is just the default status after you enter.

    8. Is it the 17th for both the US and Japanese lotteries? The US definitely had the 17th listed but I can’t find a date for the Japanese lottery.

    12. I think though depending on where you are in the world the international lottery would be announced on the 16th. I'm in the US behind Japan time so likely would find out about Volks international lottery sometime on the 16th in the afternoon/evening which would be morning/afternoon for Japan.

    13. I was looking at the two lottery guys, Maximilian & Regulus again on the Volks site and I noticed that not only do they come with amazing clothing, but under shorts, too. I know it's silly, but I like for my dolls to have under clothing. One less thing to look for.

    15. I like the new FCS faces, they're really graceful looking.

      Unfortunately, the Dear SD heads are giving me "Precious Moments" vibes, and those are the visual equivalent to nails on a chalkboard to me, lol. So definitely NOT a temptation.

      @davri Hahahaaaa the Dear SDs remind me of Precious Moments, too!!! My grandfather used to send me one every year when I was a kid. So they kinda warm my heart a little, but I also hated them :lol:

    19. I was weak and when my SS didn't get me Regulus, rather than enter I just found one that wasn't too overpriced on Yahoo Japan compared to the ones that are on there now.
      I just couldn't risk missing him again. Shipping to Canada is going to be a killer since Japan doesn't have EMS back for us yet, it's just DHL. So I may get him shipped to the US. Either way, I'm super excited! :dance
