Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. What's the payment deadline for winners? Three of my Volks dolls came from winners who changed their minds on keeping them, so I'm not giving up yet. Just gave my self an attack when I saw Volks in my inbox, but it was just the newsletter waving adorable one-offs under my nose. :XD: When oh when are they going to find a wig that actually looks good on poor Genji? :lol:

    3. Anyone know how long Volks (international) takes to process payments for lottery winners? I’m quite keen for them to take my money so that I know nothing has gone wrong. The email said they had processed the payment, but it hasn’t shown up in my bank account pending transactions yet.

    5. Volks USA uses a different system to the international site. I can’t make the payment, I already gave them my payment details when I checked out for the lottery entry, it’s up to them to charge me.

      I really love the one off Cain and Le Petit Frere they've got up for that round. I've really been feeling those really mean neon pink consumptive one off faceups they've been doing recently.

    15. I don’t think there is a payment deadline as such for international, only Volks USA, because international requires you to enter your card details, allowing them to take the money. There’s nothing listed on the store page anyway. If the payment somehow failed even after the initial, pre-results hold went through fine, I would hope they’d let you know rather than auto cancelling, but who knows. It’s the weekend, so it’s possible things won’t start moving until Monday anyway.

      When international lotteries still allowed PayPal payments after getting the results, they gave a deadline for the payment. The current winner emails just say they’ve processed the payment.

    19. They are so pretty! Might have to get them! If they are not stupid lottery. Looking forward to the Harry Potter dolls too. Scabbers is awesome!

      I'm am hoping for those that won "twins" will do the right thing and "forget" to pay for that second twin from the US Volks Lottery. I won "twin" Little SD Williams and I just didn't pay for the second doll from US Volks. I was happy to do so!

    20. Does volks penalize people for not paying for their win? I swear I saw something about being banned from future entires for non payment.
      Also, do they have second rounds of the lottery, or if you cancel does volks just keep the unsold item?
      Sorry if I'm not understanding something correctly, I'm not sure how not paying for the twin helps anyone else or is the right thing to do.
