  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Ariel is my doom. I love her. If her sculpt turns out good, it's over for my wallet.

      I wonder if they'll have a tail for her or if the dress will just be a mermaid style fit. I'm kind of over everyone designing Ariel into a mermaid fit dress. Girl can wear other shapes, too! But a resin tail option would be glorious, especially if it had sparkle or translucency. :love *dreams*

    3. Does anyone know the quantity of Lady Oscar and Marie for sale this Dollpa? I feel like it’s not that difficult to acquire Oscar this time. I was told it’d be hard to get Oscar but I’ve seen at least 3 on 2nd hand market already.
      Not to mention the sale after event too so there’re more Oscar this release than the 1st release?

    5. I saw the Ariel announcement and now I cannot wait for next spring. I just got Anna and with how beautiful she is I can’t imagine how beautiful Ariel will be!

    6. Volks doesn't give release numbers.

      I don't think they'd release significantly more Oscars per se. It could be that enough people who wanted Oscar got her on the first release making competition for the second release less fierce. It could be that more people went into Dolpa wanting to scalp her knowing that she sold for high numbers after the first release. Seeing 3 for sale 2nd after a Dolpa is not unusual at all.

      Lots of factors at play.

    7. Personally I’m glad I’m able to get her this time instead of the 1st time. Her makeup this time is better so I don’t feel the urge to redo her makeup right away. But the price I got through agent isn’t that much cheaper than 2nd hand price on Chinese market, so for sure for a while I won’t acquire any other Volks doll

    18. My photos aren't fancy like many of those above, but I finally got some matching eyes for my oldschool Volks (fraternal) twins. Never realized how hard of a color "hazel" is for eyes as I've seen brown, green, and blue eyes all labeled as being "hazel". I wanted more light brown/green and was lucky to have found these.

    19. @Cap'n, it's lovely to see your Madoka with default face-up. I'm so partial to the old Volks look for her :3nodding: And I hear you about the hazel eye issue; the term seems to be a catch-all color-wise.

      For @Dollfie_Dude, I dug around in my photo files this morning, and found a pic of two SDs on my Cameo Back Settee. Plus a bonus Minifee elf, lol! Apologies for the quality; it was a quick'n'dirty cellphone pic from a year or two ago :blush
